This is a compact, handle-equipped countertop machine that makes hollow bullet-shaped ice from a tank you fill by hand. The Amazon listing gives a 1.2-liter tank, a basket holding up to 1.3 pounds and up to 26 pounds per day. Consider it when you want a steady trickle of ice for a few drinks at a time and can empty the basket as it fills.

The basket is not refrigerated. Euhomy's own FAQ says these machines have no heat-preservation function and suggests moving ice to a freezer if you will not use it soon. The daily figure is a maker rating over twenty-four hours of continuous running, not the amount waiting in the basket, and the machine stops when its sensor reads the basket as full.

Read the six-minute claim next to the manual

The listing advertises nine cubes in six minutes. The manual supplied with the listing says an ice-making cycle takes six to thirteen minutes depending on room temperature, recommends a room between 50°F and 105°F, and suggests tank water between 40°F and 90°F. Treat six minutes as the favorable end of a range, not a promise for a warm kitchen.

The manual also asks you to let the machine stand for one hour after unpacking before plugging it in, so the refrigerant can settle. Plan for that wait on first use.

Measure the body and the clearance around it

Amazon's table lists 11.42 inches deep, 8.74 wide and 11.57 high. The manual's 222 × 294 × 290 mm figures convert to the same three numbers. Euhomy's website and one listing bullet assign those numbers to different sides, including an 8.74-inch height that does not match the product drawings. Use the Amazon table orientation as a starting point and measure your space with a margin.

The manual requires at least four inches between the back of the unit and the wall and four inches clear on each side, on a flat, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. The air exhaust is on the side. The plug must stay reachable, the outlet should be a grounded one not shared with another appliance, and the manual discourages extension cords, naming 14 AWG rated at 1,875 watts as the minimum if one is unavoidable.

The handle makes it movable, not an outdoor appliance

The listing promotes camping, RV and party use, and the handle makes carrying easier. The manual, however, says not to use the ice maker outdoors and to keep it out of direct sunlight, and warns that direct or reflected sunlight can confuse the infrared basket sensor so the machine may not stop when full. It needs a standard 110–120V, 60Hz grounded outlet.

If you plan to take it on trips, plan for a shaded, level, indoor-style spot with suitable power and a way to drain it before it travels. The manual also says a unit brought in from winter cold should warm to room temperature for a few hours before it is plugged in.

Self-cleaning still ends with draining by hand

Holding the power button for at least five seconds starts a thirty-minute cleaning program. When it ends, the manual tells you to drain the tank through the cap at the bottom front of the unit, so the machine has to sit at a counter edge over a sink or a container. The button does not remove that step.

The manual says to change the water every twenty-four hours, and to drain and dry the tank if the machine will sit unused for a day or more. It describes hand cleaning with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft cloth, followed by rinsing and drying, and rules out solvents, hot water, harsh detergents and strong acids or bases. Euhomy's website FAQ separately suggests weekly cleaning and mentions ice-maker cleaner, vinegar or lemon water. Those two sources are not identical; follow the printed manual that arrives with your unit and ask Euhomy before using any descaling product.

Check the model label, power figures and warranty route

Amazon's details give model and part number IM001-B. The manual attached to that same listing is labelled SKU IM-06D, and Euhomy's own site sells a matching-looking machine as the Dart H1 with an IM-06D manual. The dimensions agree across all three, but we have not seen a Euhomy document that names IM001-B. Euhomy says the model number is on the nameplate at the back; check it against the manual in the box.

The listing states 170 watts and 115 volts. The manual gives 1.5 amps while making ice and 1.8 amps during harvest at 115V, which is not the same thing as one wattage figure, so do not estimate running cost from the listing alone. Weight is 12.87 pounds in Amazon's table, thirteen in a bullet and 6.2 kilograms, about 13.7 pounds, in the manual. The refrigerant is flammable R600a; the manual limits repairs to authorized service.

The manual describes a one-year limited warranty for products bought new with proof of purchase, excluding wear, misuse, liquid or foreign-particle damage, outside modification and commercial use, and void after unauthorized repair. Euhomy's site says coverage applies to official channels including Amazon and not to unauthorized sellers. Confirm who the seller is on the offer you choose and keep the receipt.
