Carry it or roll it?
The ePX3100v is the carry-handle choice: about 18 pounds, with a 20-foot hose and a detachable foam cannon. The ePX3500 instead has swivel wheels, a 25-foot hose and an onboard detergent tank. Choose around where the machine will sit and how often you need to move it, rather than treating the similar model names as interchangeable.
What the pressure difference buys
Westinghouse specifies 1,800 rated PSI and 1.2 rated GPM for the ePX3100v, compared with 2,000 rated PSI at the same rated flow for the ePX3500. That gives calculated pressure-times-flow figures of 2,160 and 2,400 respectively. These are specification comparisons, not our cleaning-speed tests. The ePX3100v's 2,100 maximum PSI and 1.76 maximum GPM are separate peaks, with maximum flow at lowest pressure.
Plan the hose and nozzle setup first
Both the current maker page and Amazon bullets specify a 20-foot hose. Measure the reach you need before buying a longer hose or a short gun, and confirm fitting compatibility instead of assuming accessories are universal. The documented tips are 15 degrees, 25 degrees and turbo; a 40-degree tip is not listed. Follow the exact machine and surface instructions before choosing a spray pattern.
