Blender Fine Print product guide
Blendtec Total Blender Classic with FourSide Jar
Timed blending programs with the smaller-fill FourSide jar
Consider this exact FourSide bundle for six preset cycles, ten speeds and Pulse. Its 75-ounce nominal jar has a 32-ounce liquid fill limit. The Soup cycle heats by friction; the owner guide still prohibits adding hot liquids or ingredients. Do not substitute the maker's current WildSide+ bundle specifications.

This listing is the FourSide package
The exact Amazon listing pairs the Total Blender Classic with a FourSide jar. Blendtec's current direct-sale Total page instead selects a WildSide+ jar, so its photographed package is not a reason to assume that different jar comes with this ASIN. Use the Total page for shared motor and control facts and the separate FourSide page for jar details. Confirm the actual included jar before ordering, especially when comparing bundles.
Thirty-two ounces is the liquid limit that matters
The listing describes 75 ounces of total jar volume but only 32 ounces of blending capacity. Blendtec's FourSide page independently states a maximum liquid fill of 32 ounces. That is the limit to use for planning, not the headline volume or an invented serving count. The BPA-free copolyester jar is plastic, not glass. Its square design is intended to circulate ingredients, but we have not tested texture, minimum recipe quantities or blending speed.
A soup-heating cycle is not permission to add hot soup
The listing-linked Total owner manual specifically warns against blending hot liquids or other hot ingredients. It separately explains that friction during the Soup cycle heats the contents and warns about steam escaping through the vented lid. Those are different operations: heating a suitable blend with the cycle does not authorize pouring already-hot ingredients into the jar. Follow the complete supplied manual and recipes, keep the lid in place and observe the marked capacity.
Choose its controls, not a horsepower conversion
Blendtec lists six preset cycles: Smoothie, Batters, Hot Soup, Whole Juice, Ice Cream and Ice Crush. Ten manual speeds, Pulse and an illuminated remaining-time display give additional control. The maker gives a 1,560-watt motor specification; the retail table's watt-hour label is not a useful substitute for that rating. None of these numbers is our measured output or proof of better results than another blender.
Despite commercial-quality language, the current product page and owner guide describe home use and exclude commercial use from the stated warranty. The Total page lists a two-year warranty; the separate replacement FourSide jar page lists three years for that jar product. Do not assume the replacement-jar offer automatically extends this bundle's coverage.
Blunt-blade marketing does not remove care requirements
The owner manual says not to touch the blade with your fingers, despite the retail emphasis on a blunt blade. It describes a soap-cleaning cycle followed by rinsing and drying, allows the jar on the dishwasher's top rack and recommends hand washing to help prolong jar life. It also cautions against prolonged jar soaking and immersing the electrical base. A fixed blade and cleaning cycle do not mean the jar is maintenance-free.
We have not verified an assembled height from the inspected primary sources. The retail dimensions should not be treated as a reliable cabinet-fit promise. Confirm overall height with the supplied FourSide jar and leave space to remove its lid, rather than choosing this bundle solely because the listing shows a short height figure.
