The documented kit includes two extension wands, utility and crevice tools, a reusable cartridge filter and a disposable filter bag. It is a corded vacuum, not part of a cordless battery kit.
Seven feet of hose, ten feet of cord
The exact-model manual specifies a 1⅞-inch hose measuring seven feet and a ten-foot power cord. Measure the work area and outlet position before buying, especially if you want to move around a vehicle. Their seventeen-foot combined length is not an unobstructed working radius. Additional tools need the right connection; neither the DEWALT name nor a generic universal label guarantees that another vacuum's accessories will fit.
Check the wet-filter supplies before starting
The manual allows a clean cartridge for small amounts of liquid and recommends removing it for larger amounts. Where the liquid contains debris, it recommends purchasing a foam filter. A foam filter is not listed in the inspected standard kit, so do not assume it comes with the vacuum. Read the complete changeover instructions, unplug before servicing and dry the filter before returning to dry pickup.
The float cuts off airflow at the tank's liquid limit; the manual says to stop, unplug and empty rather than continue running at cutoff. It also prohibits hazardous, toxic and carcinogenic materials. This ordinary wet/dry setup should not be chosen as an asbestos or other hazardous-dust extractor on the strength of a filter description.
Check emptying details instead of assuming a drain
The product overview mentions a built-in tank drain, but the inspected manual illustrates removing the power head and tipping the tank for emptying. That does not conclusively establish whether a particular supplied unit has a drain. If drain-based emptying is essential, verify the actual unit before ordering. The manual's electrical rating is 120V, 60Hz and 8A; it does not justify converting the advertised four peak HP into continuous cleaning power.
