One box that jump starts and inflates
GOOLOO rates the A3 at 3000 amps peak for 12-volt vehicles, with gas engines up to 9.0 litres and diesel up to 6.5 litres, and says 50 or more starts on a single charge. The listing's model and manufacturer part number is JS-506, and its manufacturer field names Shenzhen Carku Technology Co., Limited; GOOLOO's own pages call the product simply the A3 and do not use the JS-506 number anywhere we read.
The second half is a cordless tire inflator built into the same body, rated by GOOLOO at 150 PSI maximum with 35 L/min of airflow and five preset modes. GOOLOO's guide describes the A3 as a five-in-one — jump starter, smart inflator, power bank, LED flashlight and SOS light — while the Amazon bullets count it as seven-in-one by separating out the bike pump, ball pump and digital gauge. Same hardware, different arithmetic.
Amazon's box list is the unit, a smart jumper cable, a USB-A to USB-C cable, a carrying bag, a pump tube, five air nozzles and a user manual. Amazon's table gives a 12000 mAh lithium-polymer battery and 3.5 pounds; no watt-hour figure appears on the maker's pages we read.
The jump-start limit is three, with two minutes between
GOOLOO's own user guide sets the usage limits plainly: do not attempt more than three consecutive jump starts, wait two minutes between attempts, and allow the unit to cool for 30 minutes before recharging after jump-starting. That last one is easy to miss — you are asked to let it sit before plugging it in, not just before the next attempt.
Before you start, the guide says to press the power button and check the level, aiming for at least two bars, and not to attempt a jump start if the battery is below two bars. Once the smart cable shows a solid green light, it tells you to start the car within 30 seconds.
The smart cable's own LED does the talking. Solid green means the connection is correct and you can crank. Red means the clamps are reversed and should be reconnected. Blinking green means the vehicle battery voltage is too low, and the instruction is to press BOOST then start within 30 seconds. No light means the battery may be damaged, and the guide gives the same BOOST-then-start-within-30-seconds answer.
What GOOLOO does and does not say about BOOST
BOOST is the A3's override for a battery too flat to be detected normally. The Amazon bullet describes it as forcing a jump start even when battery voltage is extremely low, and GOOLOO's guide routes you to it for both the blinking-green and no-light cases.
What neither source states is whether BOOST changes any of the protections. GOOLOO advertises a battery management system and lists protections including short circuit, overcurrent, reverse connection, overheating and overcharge, and its product page calls this ten-layer SUPERSAFE protection. Nothing we read says whether those stay active in BOOST mode. We are not going to assume either way, and if that matters to you, ask GOOLOO before relying on it.
The guide's own safety list is short and worth following as written: never connect the clamps in reverse, do not use it on non-12V vehicles — it names boats and airplanes as examples — do not attempt a jump start while the A3 itself is charging, and avoid water, high heat and impact damage.
Charging: four to five hours, and no wall plug in the box
GOOLOO's guide says to fully charge the A3 before first use with the included USB-C cable and a 5V/2A wall charger, and states clearly that the wall charger is not included. A full charge typically takes four to five hours. The battery icon blinks while charging and stays solid when full.
Its recharge schedule is more specific than most: after every jump-start session, at least every three months if the unit is unused, and before long trips. The Amazon bullet repeats the three-month interval. GOOLOO's product page separately claims the A3 holds 90 percent of its charge after 24 months in standby, but the three-month instruction is the one written as an instruction, so follow that.
As a power bank, USB-A output is 5V/2.4A and USB-C input is 5V/2A. The guide says you can charge devices while the unit itself is charging, but you cannot charge devices while jump-starting a vehicle, and that devices drawing very low current — below 200 mA — may trigger an auto-shutoff after 90 seconds. The unit also powers itself off after 90 seconds of inactivity.
The inflator: five modes, automatic stop, and a preset table to read carefully
Hold the power button two seconds to wake the inflator. The screen shows battery level, pressure unit, inflation mode, live pressure and the preset value. A short press of the O button cycles the modes — SUV, Car, Bicycle, Basketball and Free Mode — and holding it for two seconds switches between BAR, PSI and KPA. Plus and minus set the target, the power button starts it, and the pump stops automatically at the preset pressure.
GOOLOO's preset table gives SUV as 1.8 to 3.4 BAR with a 2.5 BAR default and Car as 1.8 to 3.0 BAR with a 2.4 BAR default. For the remaining three it lists Bicycle 30 to 143 PSI, Basketball 5 to 167 PSI and Free Mode 30 to 990 KPA with no defaults. Note that a 167 PSI top end and a 143 PSI bicycle range sit oddly against the 150 PSI maximum GOOLOO advertises for the product, and 990 KPA works out near 144 PSI. We reproduce the table as the maker published it rather than correcting it, and suggest you rely on the advertised 150 PSI ceiling.
On speed and endurance, the maker claims 35 L/min, a Tesla Model 3 or Y tire from 30 to 36 PSI in about a minute, a 205/55 R16 from flat to 36 PSI in under seven minutes, and up to 45 minutes of continuous inflation per charge. Those are GOOLOO figures. The LED light cycles continuous, flashing, SOS and off.
Temperature and warranty: the sources do not agree
Three different temperature statements are in play. The Amazon bullet says operating and storage temperature -4°F to 140°F with a charging range of 14°F to 113°F. GOOLOO's product page says the A3 works from -4°F to 140°F and describes performance in extreme temperatures from -20°C to 60°C. GOOLOO's own user guide instead says to store it between -10°C and 45°C, which is 14°F to 113°F.
That is a real gap: the listing and the product page claim storage down to -4°F and up to 140°F, while the maker's written instruction says a much narrower band. If your jump starter lives in a car boot through a hard winter or a desert summer, this is the difference between within spec and outside it. We report all three and do not pick one.
The warranty does not agree either. The Amazon bullet promises 18 months. GOOLOO's product page badge says Up To 30 Months Warranty, with a 30-day money-back guarantee. The words 'up to' are doing work there, and the page we read does not spell out what unlocks the longer term. Check GOOLOO's warranty terms and the seller and condition of the offer you choose before assuming either figure. One more limitation on our side, stated plainly: GOOLOO does publish an A3 user manual PDF, but every one of its 116 pages is an image with no extractable text, so we could not read it. Everything above comes from the maker's web pages and the listing, and the printed manual in your box may contain instructions we have not seen.
