One model number, two product names
The part number is SF-T722069 on both the listing and Sunny's own site, so identity is not in doubt. The name is. Amazon's model name field and the manual's cover both call it the Sleek Stride Smart Compact Auto Incline Treadpad Treadmill, while Sunny's current product page for the same number is headed Pacer Auto Incline Under Desk Smart TreadPad Walking Treadmill.
Search by the part number rather than the name when you look for parts, manuals or support, because the older Sleek Stride name still appears in the URL and on the manual while the page itself has moved on.
The basics both sources agree on: a walking deck 45.7 inches long by 16 inches wide, a speed range of 0.5 to 3.7 miles per hour, automatic incline across six preset levels, Bluetooth to the SunnyFit app, a wrist-worn remote and a backlit LED display showing speed, time, distance, calories and steps.
The incline percentage is stated three different ways
The Amazon title and bullet both advertise 7 percent auto incline across six preset options. The listing's own details block then gives a maximum incline percentage of 6.6. Sunny's product page describes the six-level automatic incline in words but does not print a percentage anywhere we could read.
Six levels is the number all three sources agree on, and it is the one that matters day to day. Treat the top figure as somewhere between 6.6 and 7 percent and ask Sunny if you need it exact.
The listing's details also give a maximum horsepower of 1.5, which is the only motor figure either source publishes. Sunny's page does not repeat it, so it rests on the listing field alone.
The manual wants far more floor space than the listing does
This is the difference that decides whether the pad fits your room. The listing's details field gives a recommended clearance space of 6 feet by 6 feet. The manual's safety information instead requires at least 8 feet, or 240 centimetres, of free space behind the machine and 2 feet, 60 centimetres, on each side.
That is a substantially bigger footprint than the listing implies, and it is the maker's own document asking for it. Measure behind the desk before buying; the manual states this as a safety requirement, not a suggestion.
The unit itself is 58.2 inches deep by 24.9 wide and 5.9 high, and weighs 73.9 pounds according to the listing. Two transportation wheels and adjustable levelling feet are fitted, but 73.9 pounds is a lot to tilt and roll, so pick a permanent spot rather than planning to move it daily.
Lubrication is a scheduled job, and the pad reminds you
The manual says that you must lubricate the treadmill before first use, and lubricant is included in the box. Its printed schedule is by usage: a light user of less than three hours a week every six months, a medium user of three to five hours every three months, and a heavy user of more than five hours every two months.
Sunny's page adds a feature the manual does not describe: a smart reminder that sets off an alarm at 188 miles to tell you the belt needs lubricating. Follow whichever of the mileage reminder and the calendar interval comes first.
The manual's other upkeep items are belt centring with the T-shaped wrench stored in the motor cover, keeping the belt tension so it lifts 50 to 75 millimetres off the running board, wiping the belt with a damp cloth, and powering the unit off for ten minutes every two hours. Read the lubrication and centring procedures in the manual itself rather than improvising.
The electrical rules are strict
The manual requires a grounded 100 to 120 volt outlet on a 10 amp supply, says the product must be grounded, and tells you not to use an adapter and not to modify the plug. Sort the outlet out before the pad arrives rather than improvising.
Then comes a line worth checking against your room: never use a ground fault circuit interrupter wall outlet with this treadmill. Check whether the outlet behind your desk is a GFCI type before ordering. The manual also rules out generators and uninterruptible power supplies, and any exposure to rain or high humidity.
The safety key is a wrist clip on a cord. Pulling it out stops the belt immediately, the display shows three dashes and the unit beeps three times. The pad also drops into power saving after ten minutes idle and stops automatically after fifteen.
Warranty: three tiers, and some situations void it entirely
The Amazon warranty field states three years on the structural frame and 180 days on other parts and components. Sunny's own warranty policy adds a term the listing field leaves out: for treadmills it lists three years on the structural frame, one year on the treadmill motor and 180 days on other parts and components.
The conditions are worth reading before you buy. The warranty is non-transferable, requires the original sales receipt from an authorised reseller, applies only to brand new and non-refurbished units, and excludes shipping, labour, assembly and re-assembly on any repair or replacement. A full refund on a unit voids its warranty entirely.
Two exclusions matter for walking pads specifically. Sunny states that commercial or industrial use, including shared facilities such as apartments, condos and residential associations, automatically voids the warranty, and that repairs for squeaks, clunks, thumps or grinding caused by lack of preventive maintenance are not covered. That second one is exactly what a skipped lubrication schedule produces.
