The Propel 750 provides Smoothie, Hot Soup, Frozen Dessert and Dip & Spread programs, plus a separate Self-Cleaning cycle. It also has ten variable speeds and Pulse for manual control. Consider it if those timed programs are useful in your routine, but do not interpret them as permission to leave the appliance unattended; the series manual says to stay with it during use.

Do not assume an exact eighteen-inch cabinet fit

The product page lists dimensions of 9 × 7.5 × 18 inches, while the linked series manual gives a 17.5-inch assembled height, nine-inch depth and eight-inch width. We cannot resolve that height and width difference from the inspected sources. If your counter-to-cabinet gap is tight, confirm the supplied unit's measurements and leave room to handle its lid instead of treating the lower number as a fit guarantee.

Match the low-profile jar to the batch you actually make

The package includes a 64-ounce low-profile container and a matching low-profile tamper; the maker describes the jar for multiple servings. That does not establish an exact minimum batch for every recipe, and this guide does not invent one. Think about your usual quantity and whether you want a broad low-profile jar before buying for maximum volume alone. Extra containers need confirmed model compatibility, not just the Vitamix name.

Cleaning permission differs from the older 5200

The current Propel manual permits dishwasher cleaning of the container, lid, blade base and seal, and describes a self-clean cycle followed by rinsing and draining. It explicitly warns against removing the retaining nut or blade assembly for cleaning. The motor base needs separate damp-cloth care after unplugging and must not be immersed. Do not transfer the 5200's no-dishwasher rule to this supplied jar, or assume every other Vitamix container follows the Propel rule.

Programs do not remove hot-liquid and thick-blend limits

The series manual warns about hot-liquid splashes and steam, requires the lid and plug in place, and specifies a Variable 1 start when manually processing hot liquids. Use only the correct tamper through its intended lid opening, and follow the complete recipe and fill limits. For nut butters or oil-based foods, it limits processing to one minute after the mixture begins circulating. The 2.2-HP marketing claim does not override any of those operating instructions.

The manual lists a maximum 1,400-watt electrical rating, while the product page gives a ten-pound weight and 3.5-foot cord. These are published specifications, not measured energy consumption, noise or durability. The value of this model is the particular jar and control package, not an unsupported guarantee that presets outperform manual blending for every recipe.
