The Greenworks GPW2101A is a compact corded pressure washer with a 13 amp motor, 2100 PSI and 1.2 GPM, a telescoping handle, 25, 40 degree and turbo nozzles and a GFCI plug. Greenworks' page and manual describe the soap system differently, and the listing gives two hose lengths.

What the GPW2101A is
The GPW2101A is Greenworks' compact corded pressure washer, sold as its 2100 PSI 1.2 GPM portable cold-water model, SKU 5128602. The model number is on the Greenworks page, the manual cover and the Amazon listing. Greenworks describes it as stowing in a closet, garage corner or car trunk.
Greenworks lists a 13 amp universal motor, not brushless, a 35-foot power cord, a quarter-inch quick-connect system, three nozzles (25 degree, 40 degree and turbo), a telescoping handle and onboard tool storage. The manual's technical data give 2100 PSI maximum, 1.2 GPM both maximum and rated, and 2520 cleaning units.
The manual limits it to residential use, not professional use, at temperatures above 32 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a GFCI built into the power cord plug and is double insulated. The Amazon weight field of 1.5 pounds does not match anything in Greenworks' documents, which give no weight in the pages we read.
One pressure figure, one flow figure
This model's manual gives the same 1.2 GPM as both its maximum and its rated flow, alongside the 2100 PSI maximum, and Greenworks' page and the listing both quote 2100 PSI at 1.2 GPM, so the three documents agree on these figures.
Greenworks' page argues for the lower pressure, saying more PSI is not always better and that 3000 PSI can damage car paint, wood decking and patio furniture. That is Greenworks' own framing of its 2100 PSI rating.
The manual's troubleshooting still covers low pressure: a garden hose that is too small, for which it recommends a 5/8 inch or 1 inch hose, the water supply, a spray tip that is not installed or a clogged filter. For low voltage it asks that only the washer be running on the circuit.
How soap is applied: the documents differ
Greenworks' page describes an onboard soap tank with added accessory storage and lists a single onboard soap tank in its specifications. The manual instead describes a high-pressure soap applicator: a container that attaches to the wand's quick-connect collar, with a detergent flow knob that adjusts from more soap down to water only.
The Amazon bullets list a soap applicator among the accessories. Greenworks' what's-included list names the washer, gun wand, 25-foot high-pressure hose, 25 and 40 degree nozzles, a turbo nozzle and the owner's manual, and does not mention a soap applicator or tank as a separate item.
The manual adds that soap adjustments should be made only after you stop spraying and lock the trigger, and that pointing the wand upward can make water discharge from the sides of the nozzle; pointing it down for five seconds stops this.
Hose length and handling
Greenworks' page gives a 25-foot high-pressure hose, described in the additional details as a hose with reel, and its specification block also says 25 feet. The Amazon details field says 25 feet, but the listing's accessories bullet says a 20-foot tangle-free hose.
The telescoping handle has a release button, for moving the washer and collapsing it for storage. The manual warns not to run the washer standing vertically; it must be used in the horizontal position.
The manual asks you to relieve the pressure in the system whenever the washer is not in use. Its troubleshooting table lists an improper extension cord as a cause of voltage loss, with plugging the washer directly into the outlet as the fix.
Care and storage
The Amazon listing bullet says no maintenance, meaning no gas, oil, spark plugs, air filters or pull cord. The manual still recommends pump protector solution after every use and before long-term storage, and describes what it says the solution does; the steps are not reproduced here.
Spray tips can clog if pump pressure is too high, which the manual says you may feel as pulsing at the trigger; clean them with a straight paper clip or cleaning tool and flush with a garden hose. Keep solvents, brake fluid and petroleum products off the plastic housing.
For storage the manual asks that the gun, hose and washer be dry, the cord and hose wound, the housing wiped with a moist soft cloth, and the washer kept in a dry, frost-free place out of children's reach.
Warranty and who this suits
The manual gives a three-year limited warranty from the shipping or in-store purchase date, with repair, replacement, substitution or refund at Greenworks' discretion. Proof of purchase and product registration are required. Greenworks' page and the listing also say three years.
Exclusions include misuse, commercial use, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, alteration, normal wear and use with non-Greenworks parts. The purchaser pays transport costs unless Greenworks asks in writing for the return.
Greenworks describes the GPW2101A as stowing in a closet, garage corner or car trunk, which suits someone with limited storage space. It suits you less if you want more than three nozzles, a brushless motor, or professional use, which the manual excludes.
