The HomePower 3600 Plus is Jackery's 3,584Wh lithium iron phosphate power station, model JHP-3600A, weighing about 77 lb with wheels and a handle. This listing pairs it with two SolarSaga 200W panels; Jackery's matching kit lists the unit, an AC charging cable and two SolarSaga 200W panels. Amazon notes the station and panels ship separately.
The manual's box list for the station itself is the unit, AC charging cable and user manual. It says the car charging cable, the solar panel connector for two panels on one port, the parallel Jackery Connector, the expansion cable and Battery Pack 3600 units are all sold separately. We did not read a SolarSaga 200W panel specification, so check the panel manual for its output and cable.
3,600W at 120V; 240V needs a second unit
The manual rates the four 120V outlets at 20A and 2,400W each, 3,600W in total, and the NEMA TT-30 outlet at 30A and 3,600W, with a 7,200W surge peak overall. Two USB-C ports give 100W each and two USB-A ports give 18W each. The specification table lists no 12V car-socket output.
A single unit is 120V only. Two units joined through the AC expansion port with a Jackery Connector give 240V at 30A, up to 7,200W. In parallel mode the manual says the units can charge only from solar, not from the wall, and warns that the parallel port carries 240V whenever AC output is on.
Charging: 1,000W solar across two ports, 12V car input
AC input is 100 to 120V at up to 15A. Jackery's page gives 2.5 hours on AC and a 2-hour full charge with AC and DC together, and the listing adds 4 hours on solar and 2.5 hours from a gas generator. With AC and solar connected, the unit uses solar first.
Two DC8020 ports accept 16 to 60V at up to 12A each, 24A and 1,000W combined, with no more than two panels per port and the same panels on both ports. Car charging works only from 12V vehicles at 12 to 16V and 8A, with the engine started first, and the manual says never to charge from car and solar at the same time.
UPS within 10 ms, limited to 1,440W on grid power
Plugged into the wall with AC output on, the unit switches to battery within 10 ms when grid power fails. The manual says output while on grid power peaks at 1,440W (12A bypass), below the 3,600W rating, and returns to full rating during an outage.
Its cautions say it does not support 0 ms switching and should not power data servers or workstations, to test each device several times, and to connect one device at a time because several may trigger overload protection. The listing's whole-home framing with a manual transfer switch should be read against those limits.
Expansion, temperatures, clearance and storage
The manual says the unit supports up to five Battery Pack 3600 units, and Jackery's page cites up to 21kWh. Charging and discharging are both rated -4°F to 113°F. The expansion section asks for at least 0.66 ft (about 200 mm) of clearance at the side vents, while the F6 troubleshooting entry says 30 cm, so leave the larger gap.
Storage limits are -4°F to 113°F for one month, 32°F to 113°F for three months and 32°F to 77°F for twelve months. The manual warns that storing it depleted for three to six months may leave it unable to charge, and recommends recharging every three months and a full cycle every six to twelve months.
Warranty rules, including a battery-charging condition
The manual gives three years standard plus two years that you activate by registering online or contacting Jackery, for purchases from Jackery's website, Jackery-branded third-party platforms or authorized dealers. It excludes products bought through online auction houses and is limited to the original buyer with proof of purchase.
One exclusion matters for backup owners: the battery cell is not covered unless you fully charge it within seven days of purchase and at least once every six months after. Jackery's page advertises 3+2 years as exclusive to jackery.com, while Amazon's field says five years, so confirm your seller qualifies. The page quotes 30 dB in Quiet Mode and 50.3 dB at full load, both at one meter.
