A folding treadmill, not an under-desk pad
The SF-T723030 is a full folding treadmill with a handlebar, a console and speeds to 10 miles per hour; it is listed in this site's walking pad section but it is not a walking pad. The manual calls it a foldable auto incline treadmill with a 20-inch running belt and brushless motor, and Sunny's product page barcode matches the listing UPC.
It arrives assembled. Sunny's page says no assembly is required; the manual's short setup section covers raising and locking the handlebar and fitting the bottle holders, and it recommends two people to take the treadmill out of the carton.
The listing gives the belt area as 20 by 53 inches and the unit as about 63.8 by 30.9 by 44.1 inches and 130 pounds. Folded, the listing gives 11.4 by 63.8 by 30.9 inches. The listing does not label which of those figures is the height.
Speed, incline and the console
The manual gives a speed range of 0.6 to 10.0 miles per hour in steps of 0.1, and an incline range of 0 to 15 in 1 percent steps. Sunny's page describes the same thing as 15 auto incline levels from 0 to 15 percent.
There are 24 preset programs, three user programs and countdown modes for time, distance and calories, plus quick keys for 3, 6 and 9 miles per hour and incline levels 3, 6 and 9. The listing also mentions a USB charging port, which the manual rates at 5 volts and 2 amps.
Heart rate comes from the pulse sensors that Sunny and the listing describe, or from a wireless heart rate monitor. The manual says the wireless monitor is not included and works with Sunny's SunnyFit HR200, and it notes that displayed figures are estimates, not for medical use.
Space and power: 8 feet behind, no GFCI
The manual asks for a solid, level surface with a protective floor cover and at least 8 feet of free space behind the treadmill and 2 feet on each side. Plan for that clearance, not just the footprint, when you measure a room.
It needs a 15-amp, 100 to 120 volt grounded outlet. The manual says never to use a GFCI wall outlet, a generator or a UPS power supply, not to use an adaptor or modify the plug, and not to use the treadmill outdoors or in high humidity.
It is for home use only, per the manual, and should not be stored in extremely cold, hot or damp places. The maximum user weight is 300 pounds, or 135 kilograms.
Lubrication and running limits
The belt must be lubricated before the first use, and a bottle of lubricant is in the box. After that the manual's schedule is every five months for light use under 3 hours a week, every two months for 4 to 7 hours, and every month above 7 hours.
The manual suggests powering the treadmill off for 10 minutes after every hour of use. It gives the correct belt tension as 50 to 75 millimetres of lift and covers belt centring with the supplied Allen wrench; this page does not repeat those steps.
The console goes to sleep after 10 minutes without input. Removing the safety key stops the belt and shows E0, and the manual lists error codes E0 to E19, which this page does not reproduce.
Folding and moving it
The manual's folding section begins with the incline at level 0 and the power off, and it describes moving the folded, unplugged treadmill on its transport wheels. This page does not repeat those steps.
The listing's included components name a tool kit; the manual's packing list names a single Allen wrench alongside the safety key, two bottle holders, lubricant and the manual.
The listing gives the motor as 2.5 horsepower. Neither Sunny's product page text nor the manual pages read state a horsepower figure.
Warranty: the listing leaves out the motor term
The listing's warranty field says three years on the structural frame and 180 days on other parts. Sunny's warranty policy for treadmills adds a one-year term on the treadmill motor, which the listing field does not mention.
Sunny's policy covers non-commercial use by the original owner in the United States, requires the original sales receipt from an authorized reseller, and applies only to products bought new. Commercial use, including shared facilities such as apartment or condo gyms, voids it.
The manual itself carries no warranty text and asks owners to register the product to verify warranty terms. A full refund also ends warranty coverage, according to Sunny's policy.
