It is tri-band Wi-Fi 7 at 8647 Mbps on 6 GHz, 4324 Mbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz across eight streams, with a 10 Gbps, a 2.5 Gbps and a Gigabit WAN/LAN auto-sensing port and USB 3.0 on every unit. VPN covers OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP/IPSec and WireGuard on both server and client sides. The coverage figures across the sources do not agree.

- One Ethernet cable ships in the box, and 320 MHz is limited to the 6 GHz band and to regions that allow it
Same Deco BE67, two units instead of three
This listing and the three-unit Deco BE67 listing are the same unit in different pack sizes, and both sit under the same Wi-Fi 7 BE14000 style selector. This ASIN's tables give the model number and manufacturer part number as Deco BE67(2-Pack), UPC 840460603829, unit count two, number of packs two, item weight 3.4 pounds. The three-unit version is Deco BE67(3-Pack) with a different UPC.
Both listings give the same item dimensions, and TP-Link's Deco BE67 page offers 1-pack, 2-pack and 3-pack versions. The difference between the two listings is the number of units and power adapters in the box. The BE67 user guide and Quick Installation Guide cited here are the documents attached to this two-unit listing.
Two package details need checking. This listing's included-components field reads one installation guide, one RJ45 Ethernet cable, two power adapters and 21 Deco BE67 units, while its unit count, number of items and number of packs fields all say two. Separately, TP-Link's own package-content block on the BE67 specifications tab names Deco BE68 units rather than BE67 for every pack size. Neither discrepancy is explained, so confirm the count and the model on the carton.
The port set on each unit
TP-Link lists three Ethernet ports per Deco unit: one 10 Gbps, one 2.5 Gbps and one 1.0 Gbps, all WAN/LAN auto-sensing, plus a USB 3.0 port with FTP, media and Samba server functions. The user guide's Appearance page describes the same set, along with a WPS button, a power slot and a Reset button pressed for one second, with the product label on the bottom of the unit.
TP-Link's footnote adds that 10 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps speeds require compatible plans and equipment, and that only one port can serve as WAN at a time. In a two-unit kit that is two 10 Gbps ports in total.
The 10 Gbps port is listed as a plain RJ45 port on this model; TP-Link's hardware block lists no SFP+ port for the BE67. The listing's components field names one RJ45 Ethernet cable for the kit, so wiring the two units together may mean supplying cable of your own.
Coverage numbers, including two inside this listing
This is the figure to read carefully. The listing's coverage bullet says up to 6,000 sq. ft. for over 200 devices, while the item-highlight field on the same listing says up to 8,100 sq. ft. TP-Link's overview page headlines 8,100 sq. ft. without naming a pack size, and its feature panel says covers up to 3,100 sq ft (1-pack).
Nothing in any of those documents reconciles the figures, and this page does not guess which applies to a two-unit kit. Use them as maker and seller claims, and confirm with TP-Link if square footage is what decides your purchase. TP-Link's own footnote says coverage, throughput and connected devices are not guaranteed.
The 200-device claim is footnoted as laboratory test data, and the user guide carries a similar disclaimer on speed, coverage and device quantity. That is a maker lab scenario, not an independent measurement.
How BE14000 is split, and the conditions on Wi-Fi 7 features
TP-Link gives the three band rates behind the BE14000 label as 8647 Mbps on 6 GHz, 4324 Mbps on 5 GHz and 688 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, all quoted as 802.11be on this model, and the listing gives the same band rates. The standards line covers 802.11be/ax on 6 GHz, 802.11be/ax/ac/n/a on 5 GHz and 802.11be/ax/n/b/g on 2.4 GHz.
The capacity block lists Tri-Band, 3x3 MU-MIMO, OFDMA and 8 Streams, with eight high-gain internal antennas. The listing also gives eight streams and eight antennas, so both sources agree on those counts.
TP-Link's footnote limits the 320 MHz channel width to the 6 GHz band, subject to regional restrictions, and says it needs client support. TP-Link also notes this Deco may not support every mandatory feature ratified in the 802.11be specification.
Security, VPN on both sides, and the HomeShield split
Wi-Fi encryption is listed as WPA-Personal, WPA2-Personal and WPA3-Personal, with a footnote that WPA3 requires client support. Network security covers an SPI firewall and access control, and the HomeShield block lists real-time IoT protection, a malicious site blocker, an intrusion prevention system, DDoS attack prevention and a home network scanner. There is one guest network on each of the three bands.
VPN support on this model runs to four protocols on both sides: OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP/IPSec and WireGuard appear under both VPN Server and VPN Client on TP-Link's specifications tab.
TP-Link's HomeShield footnote for the BE67 says HomeShield includes the free Basic plan and that fees apply for the Pro plan. The pages read here do not say which feature sits in which plan, so confirm that with TP-Link before relying on one.
Size, setup, environment and the warranty to verify
Each unit measures 4.23 x 4.23 x 6.93 in (107.5 x 107.5 x 176 mm) on TP-Link's specifications tab, and this listing's item-dimensions field gives the same numbers. Certifications listed are CE, FCC and RoHS, and the Quick Installation Guide adds EU and UK declarations of conformity plus a GNU General Public License notice with a source-code offer.
The user guide says setup runs through the Deco app with a TP-Link ID, and it describes an LED whose colour shows the unit's status. The Quick Installation Guide carries an LED table and safety information; read those in the documents themselves.
Environment limits are operating temperature 0 to 40 degrees Celsius, storage minus 40 to 60 Celsius, operating humidity 10 to 90 percent and storage humidity 5 to 90 percent. The listing's warranty field says 2 Year Manufacturer; the Quick Installation Guide instead says TP-Link warrants the hardware against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally, for a period that depends on the local service, from the date of original retail purchase, and directs you to tp-link.com/en/support. Check that page for your country.
