A jump starter whose selling point is the cable attached to it
The G7 is a lithium polymer pack rated by its own manual at 3,000 amps peak and 400 amps starting current. What separates it from a plain booster is the charging cable built into the body, which both the listing and GOOLOO's product page describe as supporting 45-watt fast charging so you do not have to carry a separate lead for your phone.
The manual's specification page backs that up from the other direction: it lists a USB-C output of PD 45 watts maximum, stepping through 9 volts at 3 amps, 12 volts at 3 amps, 15 volts at 3 amps and 20 volts at 2.25 amps. Input is a USB-C at 5 volts and 3 amps, and there is a separate USB-A output at 5 volts and 2.4 amps.
Full charge time is given in the manual as about three to four hours. Neither the manual nor the maker's page publishes a size or a weight for this model; the only weight we found anywhere is the listing's 2.18 pounds.
Two capacity figures, and only one of them is in watt hours
The listing and GOOLOO's product page both say 12,000 milliamp hours. The manual's technical specification page says 44.4 watt hours, which it writes as 3,000 milliamp hours at 14.8 volts. Neither document mentions the other figure, so we are not going to explain the gap.
Neither figure is explained by the document that carries the other, and the manual gives no size or weight to cross-check against. If the stored energy matters to your decision, ask the seller to confirm which figure applies to the unit shipping today rather than assuming the larger number.
Cycle life is consistent across all three documents at more than 1,000 cycles. Neither maker document read here publishes a standby or self-discharge figure for the G7, so how long it holds charge between recharges is not something either source states.
The temperature range for charging is not the one on the box
The manual gives an operating range of minus 20 to 60 degrees Celsius, which is minus 4 to 140 Fahrenheit, and the listing and maker page repeat the Celsius version. That is the range for using it, not the range for filling it.
The manual's warnings section narrows charging considerably: charge only at an ambient temperature between minus 10 and 45 degrees Celsius, which is 14 to 113 Fahrenheit. It also says not to store the unit anywhere the temperature may exceed 60 degrees Celsius, which is 140 Fahrenheit.
Both the manual and the listing ask you to recharge the pack every three months, and the manual says not to use the G7 to start a vehicle while its own battery is charging. Those two rules are the routine the maker asks for between uses.
What the manual forbids that the listing does not mention
The manual's warnings say the unit is for 12-volt vehicles only and that it is forbidden to use it on other machines such as aircraft and boats. The listing's vehicle service field lists ATVs, motorcycles, passenger cars and RVs, and does not mention watercraft, so the two do not contradict each other here.
The same section says not to use the G7 in place of a vehicle battery or as a battery charger, not to start a vehicle while the pack is charging, and not to modify or disassemble it. Those are the handling limits the maker states rather than a full safety list.
None of the starting procedure is reproduced here on purpose. Read the manual's own instructions in full before the first use, including everything it says about connecting to a vehicle battery, which is not something a product page should be summarising.
Check the box contents against the manual, not the bullet
The manual's package list is the host unit, a smart jumper cable, a USB-A to USB-C cable, a quick start guide and a cloth bag. The listing's bullet promises a user manual and a carrying bag, while the listing's own components field names a quick start guide and a cloth bag, matching the manual.
That difference matters if you were counting on a printed full manual in the box. GOOLOO publishes the complete manual on its own site and indexes it by model, so download the G7 file before you need it rather than relying on what is folded into the carton.
One more oddity in the paperwork: the listing's manufacturer field names Shenzhen Carku Technology rather than GOOLOO, and its part number field reads 580 where the manual cover reads JS-580.
Eighteen months, with one line that names the wrong shop
The manual, the listing and the maker's product bullets all state an 18-month warranty, described in the manual as 18 months of online after-sales service plus a 30-day money-back window and replacement of manufacturing defects within the 18 months.
The manual's money-back paragraph says a return is applied for through Walmart, while this ASIN sells on Amazon. Do not assume the Amazon return window matches; check the returns terms on the offer you actually buy. GOOLOO's own site also carries a badge advertising up to 30 months of warranty, which is a site-wide claim rather than one tied to this model.
The conditions are otherwise standard and strict: the original purchaser must present a receipt or order number, and coverage excludes normal wear and tear, physical abuse, improper installation, misuse and unauthorized third-party repairs, with claims limited to repair or replacement at GOOLOO's discretion.
