Small, light and built around one fast USB-C port
The GT3000 is a 12-volt lithium polymer pack that the manual measures at 6.97 by 3.43 by 1.50 inches and 1.32 pounds, rated at 3,000 amps peak with a starting current of 400 amps. The maker describes it as suiting gasoline engines up to 8.5 litres and diesel engines up to 6 litres.
Its single USB-C port works in both directions at up to 65 watts, stepping through 5, 9, 12, 15 and 20 volts, and there is a separate USB-A output rated at 18 watts maximum. That two-way port is the design choice that shapes the rest of the product.
Because of it, the manual and the maker's page both give a full charge time of 0.8 hours, which is under fifty minutes. The catch is in the manual's own note: that time assumes a 65-watt charger, and it states plainly that a wall charger is not included.
Capacity and weight are printed two ways
The listing's capacity field says 12,000 milliamp hours. The manual's technical specification says 44.4 watt hours, written as 3,000 milliamp hours at 14.8 volts. Neither document acknowledges the other, and neither explains the difference, so ask the seller which figure applies to the unit shipping now.
Weight is inconsistent inside the listing itself. Its detail field says 1.59 pounds while its own bullet says the unit weighs only 1.32 pounds. The manual and GOOLOO's product page both say 1.32 pounds, so three of the four statements agree and the listing's own field is the one that differs.
Cycle life is over 1,000 cycles in the manual, the maker page and the listing, which is the one headline figure all three agree on.
The temperature ceiling is lower than most packs advertise
The manual gives an operating range of minus 4 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit, and GOOLOO's product page and the listing both repeat that same range. All three sources agree on it, which makes it one of the few figures on this product that needs no cross-checking.
The manual asks for a recharge every three months. It also says not to attempt a jump start while the unit is charging, and to use only the supplied clamps and a certified charger rather than substituting either.
As with any lithium pack, the manual tells you not to use it if a cable, clamp or connector is damaged, or if the device looks swollen, overheated or leaking. Follow the manual's own instructions there rather than any summary.
Twelve volts only, and nothing else
The manual is explicit in its warnings section: the unit is designed exclusively for 12-volt vehicles or equipment. Nothing here reproduces the safety text that follows it, which covers what can go wrong when that limit is ignored and should be read in the manual itself.
Its warning list then says not to use the GT3000 with non-12-volt vehicles or on aircraft, ships or other equipment. The listing's vehicle service field names lawn mowers, motorcycles, RVs and trucks, which stays inside that limit, but check the battery is 12 volts before you buy for a specific machine.
The manual also says it is not a car battery and not a standalone battery charger. Those are two separate exclusions in the same warning list, and both are worth reading before you buy the unit for a vehicle that sits unused for long stretches.
The box list does not match the bullet
The manual's package content is the host unit, a carrying bag, a USB-A to USB-C cable, the user manual and a smart jumper cable. The listing's bullet instead promises a USB-A to USB-C cable and a USB-C to USB-C cable, and its components field calls the bag an Eva bag.
The fast charging depends on USB-C, so whether a USB-C to USB-C cable is actually in the box changes what you need to buy alongside it. Ask the seller, and remember the 65-watt charger itself is not included either way.
The maker's page sells the unit as coming with an Eva bag in its own title, so the bag naming is at least consistent between the shop and the listing, if not with the manual.
Eighteen months, claimed through the shop you bought from
The manual sets out four things: 18 months of online after-sales service, a 30-day money-back guarantee, replacement of manufacturing defects from 30 days to 18 months at no extra cost, and a disclaimer. The 30-day refund paragraph in this model's manual names Amazon, which matches where this ASIN sells.
To claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase in the form of an order number or receipt, and coverage starts on the original purchase date. Excluded are normal wear and tear, physical abuse or impact, improper installation, misuse or modification, and unauthorized third-party repairs.
All claims are limited to repair or replacement at GOOLOO's sole discretion. The manual lists separate support addresses for the United States and the European Union plus a toll-free line staffed weekdays on Pacific time, and describes technical service as lifetime while the warranty itself runs 18 months.
