Pressure range and the modes, counted three different ways
The manual's specification table gives a water pressure range of 40 to 130 PSI, plus or minus 10 PSI, a 300 ml tank, 5W power and noise under 72 dB. Its mode section names four modes: Clean, Soft, CH and Massage.
The listing speaks of three modes, and the COSLUS product page lists three pressure settings named Clean, Soft and Comfort gums. The listing advises starting on Soft for first use. The manual also says the unit shuts off automatically after two minutes.
Battery: 30 days per charge, with 3 or 4 hours to charge
The manual lists a 3.7V, 1400mAh battery and a 5V, 2A maximum charging input. The listing and the COSLUS page both claim one charge can last 30 days; neither gives the daily use that figure assumes. The listing says to charge for three hours; the manual says a full charge takes about four hours.

IPX7 rated, but the manual says do not submerge it
The manual's specification table and the listing both give an IPX7 rating, and the listing says the flosser can be used in the shower. The same manual's safety list and cleaning section say not to submerge the device or the main unit in water. Treat it as safe to get wet during use rather than something to submerge or leave standing in water.
Tank water should not be warmer than 40°C, and the storage temperature range is 0 to 40°C. The C20 manual says not to fill the tank with mouthwash because some types can crack the housing or reservoir. A separate general COSLUS document attached to the listing, which names no model, allows mouthwash; follow the C20 manual.
No vinegar or descaler: the manual's cleaning rules
The C20 manual says to clean only with water or a neutral cleaning agent and specifically not to use caustic or abrasive agents such as vinegar or limescale removers, which it says may damage the appliance. After each use it asks you to empty the tank, run the unit briefly to drain water from inside, and wipe it dry.
The manual describes a suction tube with a filter inside the tank and covers both in its maintenance section. Nozzles should be replaced every six months. The troubleshooting table covers what to do if water does not come out, so read it before assuming a fault.
