A dual motor desk with a one-piece 60 by 30 top
The HomeOne is Desktronic's dual motor standing desk sold here in black with a walnut-look 60 by 30 inch top. Desktronic's product page describes a pre-drilled one-piece tabletop, one inch thick in laminate, with a controller holding three memory presets, and the listing adds USB-A and USB-C ports. The manual's product label says it is made in Lithuania.
Desktronic lists the 60 by 30 laminate top at 42 pounds and the frame at 57 pounds. The manual recommends two people for assembly. Tools are included, according to Desktronic's description, so you need not buy a drill for a pre-drilled top.
Height range: frame versus frame with top
Desktronic gives two ranges: 28 to 46.1 inches for the frame alone and 28.9 to 47.1 inches with a 2.5 centimetre top, each within plus or minus 0.2 inches. The Amazon listing quotes the second figure. The label's stroke figure of 470 millimetres matches that spread. Lifting speed is listed as 1.3 inches per second.
Tall users should compare the 47.1 inch maximum with their standing elbow height, plus any keyboard tray, before buying. The manual lets you set upper and lower height limits, and it includes a reset routine, so read that page before first use.
Two load figures: 220 pounds and 264 pounds
The manual gives two numbers. Its electrical safety warning says not to exceed the tabletop's rated load of 220 pounds, or 100 kilograms, and the product label shows a rate load of 220 pounds. Its misuse caution and the label's maximum-load line give 264 pounds, or 120 kilograms, for two legs.
Desktronic's product page and the Amazon listing quote only the 264.6 pound lifting capacity. The manual does not explain how the two ratings apply, so plan your monitors, computer and accessories around the lower 220 pound figure unless Desktronic confirms otherwise in writing.
One minute on, nine minutes off
The manual states a ten per cent duty cycle: one minute of movement followed by nine minutes of rest. If the desk stops and shows HOI, overheat protection has triggered and the manual says to let it cool for nine minutes before moving it again.
Repeated back-and-forth adjustments count toward that minute, so plan height changes as single moves rather than fine-tuning in bursts. The desk ships in constant-touch mode, where you hold the button; you can switch to one-touch, set three collision sensitivity levels, and enable a child lock from the controller.
Placement, cords and safety instructions
The manual limits use to indoor spaces in the US. It asks for a grounded outlet, only SJT 18 AWG power cords, and no extension cords unless appropriately rated, so check the outlet you plan to use before the desk arrives.
The manual's collision settings run 10.5, 10.6 and 10.7, and it describes height limits and a child lock. Error codes E01 and E13 point to a check followed by a reset. The manual's safety pages carry the rest of the use restrictions, which we did not record in detail.
Warranty: five years in the manual, up to fifteen on the website
The printed limited warranty in the manual runs five years from the original purchase date for the original purchaser, with proof of purchase required. Desktronic chooses to repair, replace or refund, and free replacement shipping covers the mainland United States and the District of Columbia only.
Desktronic's product page advertises a warranty of up to fifteen years without saying what that covers for the HomeOne. The manual carries an exclusions list we did not record in detail. Ask Desktronic which term applies to an Amazon purchase before relying on the longer figure.
