A frame only: you supply the top and the screws fit most boards
The DESK-V103E is VIVO's black dual motor frame sold without a desktop. The manual attached to the listing is the same DESK-V103E revision that VIVO's product page links, and it lists the package contents, the tools you supply and the mounting hardware, with the screws for your top included with the frame.
VIVO recommends a top 40 to 85 inches long, 23 to 43 inches deep and at least three quarters of an inch thick. The frame itself telescopes from 39.3 to 65.3 inches long, so match the frame width to the top before you drill anything.
Height range: the maker figure and Amazon's table differ slightly
VIVO's product page lists a height range of 23.5 to 49.3 inches for the frame, with three-stage columns and dual motors, and the Amazon bullets repeat those figures. The Amazon details table gives a minimum of 24.4 and a maximum of 49 inches instead. The manual does not print a range.
Neither source says whether its figures include a desktop, so add your top's thickness to the frame numbers and confirm against the display after assembly. VIVO lists a maximum speed of 38 millimetres per second, which it rounds to 1.5 inches, and a power input of 100 to 240 volts.
The weight rating and the overload code do not match
VIVO's product page, the Amazon listing and the manual's hardware page give a weight capacity of 220 pounds, or 100 kilograms. The Amazon bullet adds that this applies when the frame is connected to a power source. The troubleshooting table in the same manual describes the E20 overload warning as the desk's 154 pound, 70 kilogram capacity being exceeded.
Neither document explains the difference. Before loading the frame with a heavy top, several monitors or a computer, ask VIVO support which figure applies while lifting, and weigh your chosen desktop, because a thick solid-wood slab uses part of whichever limit is correct.
Collision sensing, reset and the five-minute motor limit
The manual's programming menu sets collision force detection to off, low, normal or heavy and switches the display between inches and centimetres. The E02 code means vibration, collision or incline was detected and the desk stopped, so clear whatever is underneath before trying again.
The manual includes a reset procedure. The HOT code appears after five minutes of continuous running and the manual asks you to wait at least fifteen minutes. Other codes cover over and under voltage (E31 and E32), uneven legs (E60) and an E10 fault the manual lists alongside them.
Assembly needs a drill and a level you provide
The manual lists a Phillips screwdriver, a power drill and a level as tools you supply. The frame is assembled and set to your top's width, then screwed to the underside of the top along with the control panel and power block, following the manual's step order.
For tops without matching holes, the manual gives 0.40 inch deep pilot holes with a 1/8 inch bit. Because the frame is sold bare, budget time for measuring and drilling as well as the frame build itself, and check the top's thickness meets VIVO's minimum first.
Warranty: three figures in three places
VIVO's product page shows a three-year warranty badge, and the Amazon warranty description field also says three years. The Amazon manufacturer warranty type field says one year. The manual itself prints no term and directs you to the product listing on VIVO's website for current warranty details.
Confirm the term with VIVO before relying on it. The manual asks you to report damaged, defective or missing parts within 30 days of delivery for free replacement and describes a 30-day return, with return shipping paid by the buyer for items ordered in error or no longer needed. Outdoor use is prohibited.
