A digital air fryer oven for 6 slices or a 12-inch pizza
Amazon lists model and part number GTF7460, and Gourmia's product page and user manual both name the GTF7460. Gourmia says it fits a 12-inch pizza or six slices of toast, and the listing adds a 25-quart capacity figure that we did not see on Gourmia's own page.
Gourmia's page lists 17 one-touch functions: air fry, toast, bagel, bake, roast, broil, pizza, convection bake, dehydrate, reheat, keep warm, fries, wings, bacon, snacks, vegetables and seafood. The page's own heading says both 17-in-1 and 14 one-touch cooking functions, so the count is stated two ways on the same page; the manual's preset chart covers all 17 names.
Gourmia's item list is an air fry basket, oven rack, baking pan, crumb tray, user manual and a 60-page recipe book, and the manual's accessory page shows the same four accessories with top, centre and bottom rack positions. The manual says the crumb tray must always be in the bottom of the oven during cooking.
What the preset chart allows
Most cooking presets in the manual's chart run from 170 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Air fry, fries, wings, bacon, snacks, vegetables, seafood, pizza and convection bake preheat and allow 1 to 60 minutes; bake and roast preheat and allow up to 99 minutes; broil is fixed at 450 degrees for up to 60 minutes on the top rack.
Dehydrate is the exception at the low end: 90 to 170 degrees for 1 to 72 hours, with no preheat. Keep warm runs 150 to 200 degrees for up to 99 minutes, reheat 170 to 450 degrees for up to 60 minutes without preheat, and toast and bagel use seven shade settings. Gourmia's product page gives the overall range as 90 to 450 degrees.
The chart notes that when air frying greasy foods, the baking pan should be used instead of the air fry basket. The manual describes a preheat stage shown as PrE on the display, after which the oven beeps and prompts you to add food; presets without preheat start as soon as you tap start.
Counter space: 4 inches around and above
The manual says not to place the oven against a wall or other appliances, and to leave at least 4 inches of free space on the back and sides and 4 inches above it. It says not to place anything on top while in use and warns that fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching curtains, tablecloths, walls or similar materials.
The oven should sit on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface at a safe distance from gas or electric burners and heated ovens. The manual also says not to use an outlet below the countertop surface and to keep the cord behind and away from the appliance. Hot steam is released through the air vents during cooking.
Size figures differ between sources. Gourmia's product page lists 17 inches long, 12.5 inches wide and 11.5 inches high. Amazon's table lists 14 by 17 by 11 inches and 13 pounds. Gourmia's page does not list a weight.
Power: 1700 W on a polarized plug
The manual gives power as 120 volts, 60 hertz and 1700 watts, and Amazon's table lists the same wattage. The unit has a polarized plug that fits the outlet only one way; the manual says not to modify it and to contact a qualified electrician if it will not fit.
The manual says the cord is short. If an extension cord is used, the manual says its marked rating should be at least equal to the appliance's, and it should be arranged so it does not drape over the counter.
The manual says not to connect the oven to an external timer or remote-control system, not to leave it unattended when plugged in, and to unplug it immediately if dark smoke appears. To switch off, you tap the power icon before removing the plug.
Cleaning: what goes in the dishwasher
The manual says the air fry basket and oven rack are top-rack dishwasher safe, and that accessories should otherwise be cleaned with hot water, mild liquid soap and a non-abrasive sponge after each use. Gourmia's product page describes the air fry basket, oven rack, baking pan and crumb tray as dishwasher safe, which is a broader list than the manual gives.
The manual warns never to immerse the unit, not to use metal utensils or abrasive cleaning material on the unit or accessories, and not to use metal scouring pads. It says to power off, unplug and let the oven cool before cleaning, and to store it clean and dry.
It also says not to cover the crumb tray or any part of the oven with metal foil, because that causes overheating, and not to put paper other than parchment, cardboard or plastic in the oven.
A one-year warranty for original buyers
The manual's limited warranty lasts one full year from the date of purchase and requires proof of purchase from an authorised seller. It applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Amazon's details table for this listing did not show a warranty field.
Repair or replacement of defective parts is at Gourmia's discretion; if repair is not possible Gourmia will replace the product or part, and if that will not suffice the manual says Gourmia may instead offer a refund for the product or component returned. The warranty is valid only within the United States.
Normal wear, damage from accidental negligence, misuse of instructions and repair by unauthorised parties are not covered. Gourmia asks owners to register the product at gourmia.com/warranty.
