A small 16-inch saw, confirmed by article number

Amazon lists this Husqvarna 130 as model and part number 967108411, and Husqvarna's product page shows article 967 10 84-11, described as fully assembled with a 16-inch sprocket-nose bar, S93G chain and mounted bucking spikes. The listing's included components, the chainsaw with bar and chain, agree with that.

The operator's manual attached to the listing covers both the 130 and the 135 Mark II. Its overview shows a transportation guard, a combination tool and the manual itself, and it marks separate chain tensioning screw positions for the two models. The Husqvarna FAQ describes the 130 as an occasional-use saw for pruning, limb removal and firewood up to 10 to 12 inches in diameter.

The listing's weight is far below the maker's

Amazon's item details give 5.67 pounds. Husqvarna's product page gives 10.36 pounds and the manual gives 4.68 kilograms, or 10.3 pounds, both excluding cutting equipment. So the maker's own figures are close to double the listing's number before the bar, chain, fuel and bar oil are added.

Use the maker's figure when you plan for carrying and handling the saw. No source we read gives a fully fuelled working weight with the 16-inch bar fitted, and none explains the listing's 5.67 pounds.

Engine, bar and chain figures

Both Husqvarna sources give 38 cubic centimetres. The product page lists 2 horsepower, maximum torque of 1.84 newton-metres at 8,000 rpm and an idle of 3,000 rpm; the manual gives 1.5 kilowatts at 9,000 rpm and an idle range of 2,800 to 3,200 rpm. Amazon's table says 2.2 horsepower while its bullets say 2 horsepower, so use the maker's figures.

The recommended bar length is 14 to 16 inches in the listing, the product page and the manual, and the manual gives a usable cutting length of 13 to 15 inches. Husqvarna's FAQ says an 18-inch bar is not recommended, warning that a longer bar increases drag and can overheat the engine or wear the clutch early.

The manual lists H37 or S93G chain at 3/8-inch pitch and .050-inch gauge with 52 drive links for a 14-inch bar and 56 for a 16-inch bar, while the product page calls the pitch 3/8-inch mini. The FAQ and manual both specify a 5/32-inch (4.0 millimetre) round file. The fuel tank holds 350 cubic centimetres and the chain-oil tank 260.

Upkeep, including a 50-hour muffler service

The manual sets out daily, weekly, monthly and yearly checks. Daily items include cleaning the chain brake, turning the bar, clearing the lubrication hole, cleaning the bar groove, sharpening the chain and checking the drive sprocket. Weekly items include cleaning the air filter and spark arrester mesh; monthly items include checking the brake band and emptying the fuel and oil tanks.

One item stands out for ownership planning. Under intermittent maintenance the manual says to have an approved service centre repair or replace the muffler after 50 hours of operation. It also says to check chain lubrication every time you refuel, which adds a small routine step to each tankful.

For long storage the manual says to empty the fuel and chain-oil tanks and put the transportation guard on the bar. Starting, fuelling, kickback and cutting procedures are in the operator's manual's safety and operating chapters, which we did not read; follow the manual, not any summary.

Noise and vibration

The manual lists a sound pressure level of 102 dB(A) at the operator's ear and a guaranteed sound power level of 116 dB(A); the measured sound power is 114 dB(A) in the manual and 113 on the product page. Equivalent vibration is 3.72 metres per second squared at one handle and 5.5 at the other; the manual labels them left and right, the product page front and rear.

The manual also gives an emission durability period of 125 hours for the engine. Husqvarna's feature list names LowVib, Air Injection, an air purge primer, a combined choke and stop control and a stop switch that resets itself to the on position.

Warranty conditions

Amazon states a two-year warranty. Husqvarna's 2026 chart gives two years for consumer or residential use and 90 days for professional use under its row for consumer and residential 100 and 400 series handheld petrol products; the chart names series rather than models, so confirm the period for your serial number with a dealer.

The listing says buying 96 fluid ounces of Husqvarna pre-mixed fuel with the saw extends the warranty to five years, but the 2026 warranty document on the listing does not mention that extension. Ask the seller or a dealer how to qualify before relying on it.

The warranty excludes wear parts, stale fuel, E15 or E85 fuel, starting fluids, pressure washing, mismatched bar or chain pitch and gauge, skipped maintenance and continued use after a failure. Service is through an authorised Husqvarna dealer with proof of purchase showing date, model and serial number, and transport costs are yours.
