Instead of a single stall-force claim, its manual prints a table running from 30 lb at speed 1 to 55 lb at speed 5. It also documents a 2600 mAh battery, a 10-minute automatic stop and a one-year warranty, and it lists a charger in the box that the listing and maker page say is not included.

What the box holds and what the seven heads are
Amazon lists this as the Mebak 3 Massage Gun, item model number Mebak 3, manufacturer Mebak, first listed at the end of December 2019, sold from the Mebak Store. The colour read for this record was Dark Gray; Mebak's own product page offers Dark Gray and Black. The manual's cover points to mebakshop.com and an amazon@mebakshop.com support address.
The manual's package list is four lines: one percussive massage gun, seven massage heads, one charger and one user manual. Its specification panel adds a travel case to the key-feature line, and both the listing and Mebak's product page describe a carrying case. So the case is claimed in three places, while the manual's package list itself does not name it.
The manual names all seven heads: Shovel, Flat, Bullet, Bump, Round, Fork and Cushion. Heads fit by inserting, rotating slightly and pushing in firmly. Mebak's questions-and-answers page says a head that has not been fully inserted causes a rattle, so that is the first thing it points you to.
The stall force table is per speed, not a single number
Both the listing and Mebak's product page headline 53 pounds of stall force. The manual does not give that figure anywhere. Instead its specification panel prints a table by speed level: speed 1 is 30 lb, speed 2 is 40 lb, speed 3 is 45 lb, speed 4 is 50 lb and speed 5 is 55 lb.
The single 53 lb figure in the sales copy sits between the manual's speed 4 and speed 5 values and matches neither of them. Neither Mebak source explains how the headline figure relates to the table, so ask Mebak if the number decides your purchase.
Amplitude is one figure everybody agrees on. The manual gives 0.47 in (12 mm), the listing title says 12mm amplitude and Mebak's page repeats 12MM. Speed in revolutions per minute appears only in the sales copy, which says five speed levels covering 950 to 3000 RPM; the manual's specification panel gives no RPM range at all.
Battery, run time and a charging story that does not line up
The manual's specification panel gives a 2600 mAh battery, a working time of 2 to 3 hours depending on the intensity chosen, a charging time of about 3 hours and a charging voltage of 100V-240V. Its charging page then says the average run time is 3 hours depending on speed level and applied pressure, and the average charging time is 3 hours.
The manual's charging instruction says to connect the DC end of the Mebak 3 charger to the battery's charging port and plug the AC side into the wall outlet, and its package list names one charger. The listing and Mebak's own product page instead say the kit comes with a charging cable, that an adapter is not included, and that Mebak recommends a 5V/2A adapter. Ask Mebak what ships in the current box before buying on the strength of either account.
There is a second charging discrepancy inside the manual itself. The specification panel and the charging page both say about three hours, while the questions-and-answers page says to charge the device for six hours before first use. The manual also says Mebak does not recommend running the battery below 15 percent, and that the battery level is shown as a number on the screen.
Controls, the screen and the ten-minute auto-stop
Starting the gun takes two steps. The manual says to pull the switch at the bottom of the handle to the ON position, then touch the control panel. Mebak's questions-and-answers page also points to that ON/OFF switch at the bottom of the handle.
The panel shows three things: the speed level, the battery status and an LED pressure feedback light. The questions-and-answers page describes five LED pressure indicators on the right of the panel, and the listing calls the feature an LED pressure sensor indicator.
The gun also stops itself. The manual states a 10-minute automatic stop function on both its operating page and its questions-and-answers page, and says to turn the device on again to continue. Further limits on how long to run it are set out in the manual's own warnings; read them there.
Where the listing, the maker page and the manual disagree
Weight is the clearest split. The listing's detail bullets give 1.68 pounds and its bullet text says 1.68 lb, or 3.08 lb with the carrying case; Mebak's product page repeats the same two figures. The manual's specification panel says the item weight is 1.98 lbs. Dimensions do agree: the listing gives 9.8 x 2.6 x 6.9 inches and the manual gives 6.9*9.8*2.6 inch, the same three numbers in a different order.
Noise differs by one decibel at the bottom of the range. The listing and Mebak's page both say 39-50dB; the manual's working-noise line says 40-50dB. Neither document states the distance, the speed level or the method behind either figure, so both are maker claims with no stated test conditions.
One listing field does not match the rest of the documentation. The Amazon detail bullets say Batteries: 6 AA batteries required, while the manual's diagram labels a rechargeable lithium-ion battery and its specification panel gives a 2600 mAh pack. Neither Mebak document mentions AA batteries; confirm with Mebak if it matters to you.
One-year warranty with named exclusions and a receipt condition
The manual's warranty page says that if within one year from the date of purchase the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Mebak Limited will repair or replace the product, or necessary components, free of charge. Neither the manual nor the product description read here mentions a longer term or a registration step.
The exclusions are spelled out and worth reading before you buy. Mebak lists damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling or transport; units subjected to unauthorised repair; units not used in accordance with Mebak 3 instructions; damage exceeding the cost of the product; and deterioration from abnormal storage or safeguarding conditions on the client's premises together with failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
The page also sets out who to approach. It says the warranty is initiated and executed by Mebak Limited, that service runs through Mebak Limited and its international distributors, and that a client should contact the dealer or retailer they bought from. Contact routes given are amazon@mebakshop.com and the mebakshop.com website. Keep the dated receipt, because the warranty text names its absence as an exclusion.
