An entry-level 10-inch scooter on a 21.6-volt battery

This listing is the MEGAWHEELS C2, model and part number C2, in black and orange. MEGAWHEELS describes it as an entry-level daily commuter released in 2025. Its maker page lists a 350-watt rated, 500-watt peak rear hub motor, a 21.6-volt, 10.2 amp-hour battery rated at 220.32 watt-hours, a 15.5 mile per hour top speed, about 15 percent gradeability and a 220-pound maximum load.

The C2 manual's specification table agrees on the battery and the 220-pound limit but gives the top speed as 15 miles per hour and the motor as a 367-watt maximum rather than a 500-watt peak. It rates the scooter IPX5, lists 10 by 2.125-inch pneumatic tires and a 35-millimetre front twin-tube shock absorber, and recommends riders aged 12 and over, 55 to 78 inches tall.

The 19-mile range comes from a 9 mph test

The manual says typical range was measured in standard mode at 9 miles per hour, with a full charge, a 165-pound load, 25 degrees Celsius, a flat road and no wind. MEGAWHEELS's page describes the same 19 miles as measured with a 165-pound load in its economy mode on a flat road. Both say load, temperature, wind, surface and riding habits change real range.

The manual's modes are a walking mode at about 4 miles per hour, M at about 9 and H at about 15. That means the 19-mile figure was taken in the middle mode, not in H mode at the scooter's top speed; neither source gives a range for H mode.

Three weights, two folded sizes and a tire question

MEGAWHEELS's page gives 38.8 pounds, the manual 39.57 pounds and the listing's details 49.9 pounds. The folded size is 46.2 by 20.9 by 21.3 inches on the maker page and 45.28 by 20.94 by 20.28 inches in the manual. Use the maker and manual weights, which are within a pound of each other, and ask the seller why the listing differs by ten.

Tire type is the other inconsistency. The maker page and the manual's specification table say pneumatic 10 by 2.125-inch tires with a straight valve, and the listing calls them vacuum or pneumatic. The manual's tire maintenance note instead calls them puncture-proof tubeless tires to be kept at 45 to 50 psi and topped up every two to three months. Check the sidewall on delivery.

Brakes, suspension and starting off

Braking is a front drum brake plus an electronic rear brake, which MEGAWHEELS labels EABS. Suspension is at the front only, a twin-tube shock absorber; there is no rear suspension listed in any of the three sources. The listing bullet describes the climb as 15 degrees, while the manual and maker page say about 15 percent, which are different measures.

To start, the manual says to kick off until you reach at least 3 miles per hour before the throttle engages. Cruise control engages after holding the throttle steady for five seconds and can be managed in the LEQISMART app. The lights can switch on automatically in the dark.

Charging and storage instructions

Charging takes about eight hours with the 24.2-volt, 1.5-amp charger, within 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The manual rates the C2 IPX5 but says not to wash it with a pressure water gun, and it lists an operating range of minus 10 to 40 degrees Celsius.

The manual gives two storage intervals. Its charging page says when unused for more than 30 days, fully charge and store cool and dry, then fully charge every three months. Its battery maintenance page says fully charge every 30 days and that damage from not doing so is not covered by the warranty. Follow the 30-day rule to stay within warranty terms.

Warranty tiers and where to claim

The manual's warranty table covers the frame, motor, controller, handlebar, display, front tube, drum brake and front fork for 12 months, the battery, charger, throttle, brake lever, folding hook, front wheel and cables for six months, and covers, lights, fenders and similar wearing parts for three months. MEGAWHEELS's page advertises a 12-month warranty and 30-day returns.

Returns need an authorisation within 30 days of delivery, all original accessories and the buyer pays return shipping. For warranty service you ship the scooter in suitable packaging to an address MEGAWHEELS gives. The manual lists a separate support email for Amazon orders from the one for website orders. The listing says the C2 is UL 2272 certified; the manual pages and maker page we read do not mention it.
