What the BP201 is and what comes in the box

Amazon's details give this ASIN as model and part number BP201, the Ninja UltraCrush Professional Blender in Charcoal, made by SharkNinja, UPC 622356693240, first available January 2026. SharkNinja's support site files its Owner's Guide and Quick Start Guide under the BP200 Series and states on both that they support the BP201.

The Owner's Guide lists four parts: a pitcher lid, a 72-ounce Total Crushing pitcher, a Stacked Blade Assembly and a motor base with attached power cord. Amazon's included list matches: the 1000-watt motor base, the 72-ounce pitcher and the stacked blade assembly. Both the guide and the listing mark the pitcher's maximum liquid capacity as 64 ounces, so plan batches by the 64-ounce liquid line rather than the 72-ounce figure.

The guide describes the unit as for household use only and for indoor use. It notes that motor base colour may vary by model.

Controls: three manual speeds and Pulse

The Quick Start Guide's control panel shows a Power button, Low, High and Max buttons, and a Pulse button. The guides say Low and High each run continuously for 60 seconds. The Owner's Guide describes Max for ice, juices and fruit, and says Pulse runs only while the button is pressed.

The two SharkNinja documents word one point differently. The Quick Start Guide says Low and High do not work in conjunction with the Max program, while the Owner's Guide says these programs do not work in conjunction with the preset program. The Owner's Guide's step-by-step section also refers to preset programs that stop automatically. Amazon's details list both Low, High, Max and a separate Low, Medium, High, Pulse. Treat Low, High, Max and Pulse, as shown on the guide's control panel, as the controls you get.

The guides say the program buttons light only once the pitcher and lid are properly installed. If the pitcher or lid is not installed, the Owner's Guide says the motor is disabled and the lights flash, and its safety list says never to defeat the interlock.

The stacked blade is loose in the pitcher

The Owner's Guide says the Stacked Blade Assembly is not locked into the pitcher and is removable, and both guides say to handle it by the top of the shaft. For thin mixtures, the guides say to pour through the spout with the lid locked on; for thicker mixtures, remove the lid and carefully lift out the blade before pouring.

The Owner's Guide sets several use limits: do not blend hot liquids, do not fill past the MAX FILL or MAX LIQUID lines, do not run the appliance empty, do not process dry ingredients or grind with the Stacked Blade Assembly, and do not microwave the container. Read the full safety list in the guide before first use.

Assembly, per the Quick Start Guide, is to lock the pitcher onto the base by turning clockwise, insert the blade by holding the top of its shaft, then align the arrows on the lid and lower the handle to lock it. The lid handle will not fold down unless the lid is attached to the pitcher.

Overheating and the reset wait

The Owner's Guide describes a thermal switch that temporarily disables the motor if it overheats. Its safety list says to unplug and let it cool for approximately 30 minutes before using again. Its Resetting the Motor section says to unplug, let the unit cool for approximately 15 minutes, and remove the lid and blade to check nothing is jamming them. We report both figures.

The same section says exceeding the maximum capacities is the most typical cause of an overload. Keep to the 64-ounce liquid line.

Amazon's details give an assembled height of 17.3 inches, a base 7.5 inches wide and 8.7 inches deep, and a weight of 10.4 pounds. The Owner's Guide's technical specifications give 120 V, 60 Hz and 1000 W.

Cleaning and cord care

The guides say all attachments are BPA free and dishwasher safe. The lid, container and blade assembly are recommended for the top rack, and the blade assembly should be removed from the container before it goes in the dishwasher. For hand-washing, the guide says to use a utensil with a handle.

The motor base is wiped with a damp cloth, and the guide says not to use abrasives on it. For storage, the guide says to keep the unit upright with the blade inside or attached to the container and the lid on, and not to stack items on top of the container.

The Owner's Guide says the supply cord is not suitable for replacement and to contact SharkNinja if it is damaged, and that extension cords should not be used. Amazon's details mention an integrated cord wrap.

One-year limited warranty

The Owner's Guide gives a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date, for purchases from authorized retailers of SharkNinja Operating LLC, covering the original owner and original product only, and not transferable. SharkNinja will repair or replace under the warranty; a replacement unit is covered for the rest of the original warranty or six months, whichever is later.

Exclusions include normal wear and tear of wearable parts such as blending vessels, lids, cups, blades and bases; units tampered with or used commercially; damage from misuse or from failing to perform required maintenance; repairs by unauthorized people; and products bought, used or operated outside North America.

The guide asks you to register the product at SharkNinja's registration site, and it gives a SharkNinja service phone line for warranty help. Confirm that your Amazon seller is an authorized SharkNinja retailer, since the warranty depends on it.
