This is the Typhur Sync Oven, model CV03, in the finish Amazon calls Stainless Steel Silver. Its details table lists the included parts as the oven, an air fry basket, a baking pan, a wireless thermometer and Wire Rack x2, and the title calls out an extra wire rack. The manual's parts page and Typhur's own box list each show one wire rack, so the second rack is what sets this listing apart; check the box contents on arrival.

The manual and Typhur's page otherwise agree on the kit: air fry basket, wire rack, roasting pan, crumb tray, a wireless probe with its magnetic probe case, and printed guides. Typhur's page also sells a CV04, and its FAQ says the two differ only in design and minor features, the CV04 having graphite gray knobs and app-controlled Air Fry fan speeds. This listing is the CV03 with silver knobs.

The manual's specifications give 120 volts, 1750 watts, 85 to 450°F, 26 litres, 24 pounds and 17 by 16.7 by 14.5 inches including the handle. Typhur's page gives the capacity as 26 L / 27 qt. The Amazon listing says 26 pounds, two more than the manual.

The built-in probe works in four modes, not twelve

The headline feature is a wireless probe that lives in a magnetic case on the oven and stops the heat when your food reaches its target. The manual is specific about where it applies: only the Roast, Air Fry, Broil and Bake modes support Probe Mode, and the oven defaults to Roast when you use the probe. The other eight functions, from Toast to Keep Warm, run without the probe.

There are five presets, beef, pork, poultry, lamb and fish, each with its own doneness table; the manual notes beef targets are set lower to allow 10 to 15°F of carryover while the meat rests. Manual mode defaults to 140°F and accepts 32 to 212°F. You do not need to set a cook time in Probe Mode, because the oven switches off the heating element and alerts you at the target.

The manual also says plainly that the probe does not replace an external food thermometer, and asks you to check food with a separate probe against recommended temperatures. Typhur's FAQ adds that the probe only works with the Sync Oven, not on a grill.

Charging and handling the probe

The probe charges whenever it sits in its magnetic case docked on the oven and the oven is powered. The manual asks for at least 30 minutes of charging before first use. Its table gives more than 3.5 hours of use from a 3-minute charge, more than 8 hours from 10 minutes and more than 12 hours from 30 minutes, and more than 24 hours when the full-charge light is on. Typhur's product page advertises a 50-hour battery life, which the manual's table does not state.

The probe's own range is 32 to 212°F with five internal sensors, and the manual gives a 221°F internal limit with an Overheat warning above it. Insert it past the safety notch, with the sensors centred in the meat and nothing beyond the ceramic handle; do not use it in air above 572°F for more than 10 minutes. The battery is not replaceable.

Setup differs from the listing's no-pairing wording in one respect. The probe pairs with the oven automatically when lifted from its case, but connecting the oven to the Typhur app is a separate pairing step, done by holding the power button for 3 seconds, and it works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. Typhur says the app is optional for standard oven controls.

Mode limits from the manual's cooking chart

The manual's cooking chart sets the practical limits. Roast and Air Fry run from 210 to 450°F, and Roast is listed for 1 minute to 4 hours. Broil has only Low and High, 400 and 450°F, for up to 30 minutes. Toast and Bagel use shade 1 to 7 for 1 to 6 slices with no preheat. Proof, 85 to 170°F, and Dehydrate, 85 to 200°F, run as long as 24 hours; Keep Warm covers 110 to 200°F.

The chart gives a recommended rack level out of three for each mode. Air Fry uses level 2 with the basket or pan; Roast uses level 1 with the roasting pan. The manual says preheating typically takes 5 to 10 minutes. The oven remembers the last settings used for each function, and holding power for 10 seconds restores factory defaults and erases Wi-Fi data.

Where it can go and what it needs from the outlet

The manual asks for at least 1 inch of space above and on all sides for air circulation, and nothing placed on top during operation. It also says never to use an outlet below counter level, and not to use the oven in vehicles or boats.

Its FAQ explains a tripped breaker: at 1750 watts the oven must be on a 15-amp breaker and should be the only appliance on that outlet. The manual's fire guidance is in its safety pages and is worth reading in full before first use, along with its note that the supply cord cannot be replaced and that Typhur should be contacted instead.

Before the first cook, the manual recommends washing the accessories and running Air Fry at 450°F for 20 minutes with the empty accessories inside to burn off residues. The crumb tray always goes below the lower heating elements, never in a rack slot, and the oven must not run without a wire rack or basket installed.

Cleaning, and what the 1.5-year warranty depends on

Typhur's page labels the oven dishwasher safe, but the manual is more cautious. It says most accessories can go in the dishwasher, recommends hand washing because frequent dishwasher cleaning may cause premature wear, and in the cleaning section calls accessories hand-wash recommended. The probe itself is dishwasher safe; the probe case must not go in the dishwasher and is cleaned with a damp cloth only.

The listing states 1.5-year warranty coverage. Typhur's warranty policy explains the condition: all products, excluding accessories, carry a 1-year limited warranty, extended to 18 months in total if you register within 30 days of purchase. It applies to new units bought from Typhur or authorized sellers, requires proof of purchase, excludes refurbished and open-box units, and gives replacement units only the balance of the original term.

Covered defects are repaired or replaced at Typhur's discretion; normal wear, improper use or cleaning, accidental damage and unauthorized repairs are excluded.
