The CV03 in stainless steel, and what is in the box
This listing is the Typhur Sync Oven, model CV03, in stainless steel, with one wire rack. The details table lists the oven, air fry basket, baking pan, wire rack and wireless thermometer, and a bullet adds the crumb tray. That matches the manual's parts page: main unit, air fry basket, wire rack, roasting pan, crumb tray, probe case and wireless probe.
The manual's specifications give 120 volts, 60 Hz, 1750 watts, 85 to 450°F, 26 litres, 24 pounds, and 17 by 16.7 by 14.5 inches including the handle. The listing gives 27 quarts and 26 pounds, and its wattage field reads 1750 watt-hours, while the manual and Typhur's page both give a rated power of 1750 W.
Typhur's page sells this oven alongside a CV04. Its FAQ says the two differ only in design and minor features, with the CV04 adding graphite gray knobs and app-controlled Air Fry fan speeds. The CV03 has the classic silver knobs.
Clearance: the listing asks for 4 inches, the manual for 1
The listing's own notes ask for at least 4 inches, or 10 centimetres, of clearance around the oven for ventilation, and recommend a countertop at least 16.4 inches deep including that clearance. The manual's safety instructions give a smaller figure: at least 1 inch above and on all sides for air circulation. The two documents disagree, so allowing the larger 4-inch gap satisfies both.
The manual adds more placement rules. Never use an outlet below counter level, do not put anything on top while it runs, and do not use it in vehicles or boats. The crumb tray must sit below the lower heating elements whenever it runs.
Power needs planning too. The manual's FAQ says that at 1750 watts the oven must be on a 15-amp breaker and should be the only appliance plugged into that outlet, or the breaker may trip. The safety pages also state that the supply cord cannot be replaced, and to contact Typhur instead.
The probe: automatic, but only in four modes
The wireless probe docks magnetically in its case on the oven and charges whenever the oven is powered. It pairs itself when you lift it out. You pick beef, pork, poultry, lamb or fish and a doneness level, or use manual mode at 32 to 212°F, and the oven cuts the heat and alerts you at the target, so no cook time is needed.
The limit is that only Roast, Air Fry, Broil and Bake support Probe Mode, and the oven defaults to Roast when the probe is in use. The manual also states that the probe does not replace an external food thermometer and tells you to check food with a separate probe against recommended temperatures.
The listing says a charge of about 3 minutes powers a full cook. The manual's table gives more than 3.5 hours from 3 minutes and more than 12 hours from 30 minutes, and asks for at least 30 minutes before first use. Keep the probe inserted past its safety notch, away from air above 572°F for more than 10 minutes, and note that its battery cannot be replaced.
Hot-spot and handling notes from the listing and manual
The listing carries a warning worth knowing: with the roasting pan on the lowest rack at 450°F, temperatures may exceed the set level because of the heating element, and it recommends heat-resistant silicone gloves rather than fabric mitts. Typhur's FAQ adds that the oven's exterior surfaces get hot during cooking, so plan where hands and nearby items will be.
The manual's cooking chart puts Roast on rack 1 with the roasting pan, Air Fry on rack 2 with the basket, Broil at Low 400°F or High 450°F for up to 30 minutes, and Toast or Bagel at shade 1 to 7 for up to 6 slices. Proof and Dehydrate can run as long as 24 hours. The manual gives 5 to 10 minutes for preheating, depending on the starting temperature.
The listing also suggests using the oven's presets rather than food-package instructions. The manual's troubleshooting pages say water dripping from the door is normal, and that prolonged contact with a heating element may damage the probe.
Cleaning: 'dishwasher safe' needs a closer read
The listing says select parts are dishwasher safe and Typhur's page shows a Dishwasher Safe badge. The manual says most accessories can go in the dishwasher but recommends hand washing, warning that frequent dishwasher cleaning may lead to premature wear; its cleaning section calls the accessories hand-wash recommended, and the parts page says the same for the air fry basket.
Two parts have firm rules. The probe itself is dishwasher safe. The probe case is not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned with a damp cloth only, so keep it out of the sink and wipe it down separately.
Day to day, empty the crumb tray often and always refit it below the lower heating elements, never in a rack slot, and do not cover it with foil. For smoke, the manual suggests using the roasting pan with greasy foods and, if it persists, running Toast on shade 7 with the accessories removed.
Warranty: 1.5 years only with registration
The listing advertises 1.5-year warranty coverage. Typhur's warranty policy gives every product, excluding accessories, a 1-year limited warranty, and extends total coverage to 18 months if you register the product within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and only new units bought from Typhur or authorized sellers qualify; refurbished, renewed and open-box units do not.
Typhur repairs or replaces defective units at its discretion, and a replacement unit only carries the rest of the original term. Normal wear, improper use, storage or cleaning, accidental damage and unauthorized repairs are excluded. Claims go through Typhur's contact form or by email, and the policy says to allow up to 5 business days for processing. The manual also mentions a 30-day return policy and points to Typhur's refund page.
