DESK-KIT-E2B-P3B pairs VIVO's DESK-E-200B dual motor frame with a DESK-TOP3 series top that has rear cable trays and a full-size desk pad. VIVO's product page links the manuals for both parts, and the Amazon listing attaches the same two document families.
The top's package contents are left, middle and right panels, four support bars, three upper trays, two lower trays, two connecting plates and the pad, with a Phillips screwdriver included. The Amazon bullets describe three flip-top covers, two lower trays and an open centre section.
The top is three panels, and the depth depends on the covers
The top manual has you join the three panels with wooden dowels and screw four support bars across, in the order it sets out. So the surface has joins, which the full-size pad covers. VIVO lists the pad at 59.5 by 23.6 inches.
VIVO gives the top as 59 by 23.6 inches, or 29.5 inches deep with the cable covers closed, and 0.75 inches thick. Amazon lists 59 by 29.5. The usable flat surface in front of the trays is therefore closer to 23.6 inches deep, which matters if you want a deep keyboard and monitor layout.
Height range and frame limits
VIVO's kit page lists a height range of 29.3 to 48 inches, and the Amazon listing repeats it. VIVO's separate page for the bare DESK-E-200B frame gives 28.5 to 47.3 inches, and neither page explains the difference. Treat the kit page's figure as the claim for this listing and check the display after assembly.
Frame capacity is 220 pounds on the kit page and in the frame manual, whose E20 overload code uses the same figure. VIVO lists a maximum speed of 25 millimetres per second and a 100 to 240 volt input. The controller has three memory keys, saved within a window of about three seconds.
Collision sensing, child lock and overheating
The frame manual's custom programming menu sets collision force detection to off, low, normal or heavy, switches the display between inches and centimetres, and has a child lock enabled by holding both arrows until LOC appears. The E02 code means a collision stopped the desk; clear the obstruction and reset.
The HOT code appears when the motors have run continuously for too long, and the manual asks you to wait at least eighteen minutes. Reset begins by unplugging the desk for ten seconds, then following the manual's reset steps.
Assembly order and tools
Build the top first, following the top manual's order: join the panels, fit the support bars and trays, then link the upper trays with the connecting plates. The frame goes on upside down, adjusted to match the top's mounting holes.
The top manual notes that holes for some control panels are not pre-drilled, so you may need to drill your own; the frame manual gives 0.4 inches deep with a 1/8 inch bit and lists a Phillips screwdriver and a drill as tools. The extension cable goes to the leg furthest from the control panel.
Warranty and parts claims
VIVO's kit page shows a three-year warranty badge and a thirty-day return policy. The Amazon warranty field only says limited, and neither manual we read prints warranty terms, coverage by component or exclusions. Ask VIVO for the written terms if coverage matters to your decision.
The frame manual asks you to report damaged, defective or missing parts within thirty days of delivery and warns that late reports may be denied free replacement. Return shipping for items ordered in error or no longer needed is at the buyer's expense.
