The flosser half of the Home Dental Center Pro is the part both sources describe in most detail, and they agree on it. There is a 600 ml water tank, a ten-level adjustable pressure dial, and two named modes, Deep Clean and Massage.
The listing's own instructions say to make sure the device is plugged in, that the water tank is sitting securely on the base, and that the flosser tip is pushed into the handpiece until it clicks. AquaSonic's benefits panel instead calls it a cordless water flosser, which does not match a plugged-in base with a separate tank.
Two jet tips and a tongue scraper are included for the flosser, according to both box lists. Neither source publishes a pressure figure for any of the ten levels, so the dial's range is not something you can compare against a flosser that prints one.
The toothbrush, counted two different ways
Both sources say the brush is AquaSonic's Black Series Pro with a lithium-ion battery and a smart vibrating timer, and both describe an ultra-fast charging arrangement rather than USB. From there they part company on the two numbers a buyer would actually compare.
The listing claims an advanced 50,000 vibrations per minute motor and five distinct brushing modes. AquaSonic's own product page claims 40,000 vibrations per minute and four brushing modes, and its feature strip names those four as Clean, Soft, Whiten and Massage. Nothing on either page explains the gap.
They also describe the charging differently. The listing calls it ultra-fast wireless charging and contrasts it with USB charging, while AquaSonic calls it ultra-fast conductive charging. Ask AquaSonic which figures apply to the unit shipping today rather than assuming the higher ones.
What is in the box, and one item that is not
Both box lists agree: one Home Dental Center Pro countertop setup, one Black Series Pro electric toothbrush, six ProFlex brush heads, two water flosser jet tips, one tongue scraper, one power adapter, a warranty card and a user manual. Neither source gives a replacement interval for the ProFlex heads.
The feature strip on AquaSonic's page also advertises brush heads and a travel case included. No travel case appears in either box list, on the listing or in the maker's own What's Included panel, and neither page reconciles the two statements.
The same strip claims the product is 100% waterproof, with no ingress protection rating printed anywhere. The listing's safety line says not to submerge the device, so the waterproof wording is not a measured rating you can rely on.
Counter space and what the footprint figure covers
Both sources say the unit measures just six inches across and three inches wide, and describe the materials as satin rubber and anodized metallic finishes. Neither gives a height, which matters under a low cabinet or shelf, and neither states the assembled weight.
The listing gives package dimensions of 9.65 by 8.23 by 5.47 inches and a package weight of 2.43 pounds, but that is the shipping carton rather than the stand on your counter. Measure the space you have against the six by three inch figure and allow headroom for the tank and handles.
Neither source states the height of the assembled unit or the clearance needed above it to lift the tank out. With a 600 ml tank on the base and a power adapter in both box lists, both sources describe a plug-in countertop unit rather than a portable one.
The documents that do not exist for this one
Neither the listing nor AquaSonic's site publishes a manual for the Home Dental Center Pro. Both box lists include a printed user manual, and the maker's How To Use panel says only to use daily as needed and to refer to that manual for full instructions.
That means several ordinary questions have no published answer: there is no stated charge time or runtime for either the brush or the flosser, no replacement interval for the ProFlex brush heads or the jet tips, and no cleaning or descaling guidance for the tank.
The listing's item model number field reads 11, which is not a model code you can search or quote to support. Use the HDCPro name and keep your order record, because that is what identifies the product across both sources.
One-year warranty, and returns go to the retailer
AquaSonic's FAQ says its electric toothbrushes and water flossers carry a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, and that a product which stops working will be replaced. The same passage excludes accidental damage and problems caused by misuse.
Registration needs a warranty serial number and an order number, through the form under the Support heading at the foot of AquaSonic's site. The product page also shows a thirty-day risk-free trial badge, and the FAQ describes a thirty-day satisfaction return with the customer paying return shipping.
Buying through a marketplace changes where a return goes. The FAQ states plainly that AquaSonic cannot accept returns from other retail partners, so a return runs through the retailer you bought from while a warranty claim goes to AquaSonic. The listing also asks you to retain proof of purchase.
