This listing is the black version, and the detail table gives the model as AS-HDCS-SET, a code that is printed on no AquaSonic page we read.
The listing's box list is one toothbrush, four colour-coded brush heads, one interdental brush head, one oral irrigator, two jet nozzles, one orthodontic tip, one tongue cleaner, one dental mirror, one docking stand, one charger, a warranty card and a user manual. AquaSonic's own page lists the same items and adds a USB charging cable.
The listing gives package dimensions of 9.53 by 7.76 by 4.92 inches and a package weight of 2.54 pounds, which is the shipping box rather than the assembled stand. Neither document gives the footprint of the dock once it is set up on a counter.
The toothbrush: 31,000 movements a minute and two timers
Both the listing and AquaSonic's page put the toothbrush at 31,000 vibrations per minute with three modes. The listing names them normal, soft and massage, and describes a two-minute auto shut-off timer plus a thirty-second interval timer.
Charging is inductive, so the handle recharges in its slot on the dock. Neither the listing nor the maker page states how long a full charge takes or how many brushing sessions it covers, so there is no battery figure to plan around for the brush.
Four colour-coded brush heads are supplied, along with one interdental brush head. AquaSonic's page says to replace brush heads every three months and flosser tips every six, and points readers to the printed manual for complete instructions.
The flosser: three pressure modes and an eight-hour claim
The water flosser is cordless with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery. AquaSonic names three pressure settings as Normal, Soft and Pulse, and the listing also counts three modes for the flosser. Neither source describes where the flosser holds its water.
AquaSonic's page describes a 0.6 mm stream and a nozzle that rotates through 360 degrees, and says a single charge powers the flosser for up to eight hours of use. That is a total running-time claim rather than a number of sessions or days, and no daily use figure is given beside it.
Four flosser tips are included: two standard nozzles, an orthodontic tip and a tongue cleaner. AquaSonic's page says to replace flosser tips every six months and to fill the reservoir with lukewarm water.
Three figures neither document prints
No water capacity is given for the flosser's reservoir anywhere on the listing or the AquaSonic product page. If you want to know how long a fill lasts, there is no published number to work from, and neither source describes the reservoir at all.
No pressure figure is published either, in PSI or any other unit, for any of the three flosser modes. The pages describe the modes by purpose rather than by strength, so there is no way to compare this flosser's output with one that does publish a range.
AquaSonic's feature strip claims the product is 100% waterproof, but no ingress protection rating appears on the product page or the listing. The listing's own safety line asks you to keep the irrigator away from children and water sources, which is a different message, so treat the waterproof claim as unquantified.
Where the maker's page disagrees with itself
The toothbrush's three modes are named two different ways on the same page. The Product Description panel calls the first one Normal mode, while the Product Benefits panel and the feature strip both call it High mode. The listing uses normal. Nothing on the page reconciles the two names.
The feature strip also advertises four distinct modes for a custom clean, while every list on the page and the listing gives three modes for the toothbrush and three for the flosser. Neither document explains where a fourth mode would sit.
The counts of what arrives differ too: the listing calls it ten accessories and attachments, while AquaSonic describes twelve components including the USB charging cable and the paperwork. Compare the item lists rather than the headline counts, and note that the listing's model code appears on neither AquaSonic page.
One-year warranty, and where you bought it matters
AquaSonic's FAQ page says its electric toothbrushes and water flossers come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, and that a product which stops working will be replaced. The same passage says the cover does not extend to accidental damage or problems caused by misuse of the product.
Registering the warranty needs a warranty serial number and an order number, and the registration form sits under the Support heading at the foot of the AquaSonic site. The product page also shows a thirty-day risk-free trial badge, and the FAQ describes a thirty-day satisfaction return with return shipping paid by the customer.
One point is easy to miss when buying through a marketplace: the FAQ states that AquaSonic cannot accept returns from other retail partners. A return would go back through the retailer you bought from, while a warranty claim goes to AquaSonic, so keep both the order record and the serial number.
