Fit and limits

Strengths

  • Station washes, dries and refills the roller mop, empties the bin and dispenses detergent
  • Maker FAQ gives concrete no-go limits: under-furniture gaps below 116 mm and carpet over 26 mm
  • Manual publishes a clean-and-replace schedule for the robot and station parts

Caveats

  • Vacuum-only Standard runtime is 216 min on eufy's page but 126 min in the manual
  • Carries an RGB camera for obstacle recognition, not LiDAR alone
  • Station needs 1 m clear in front and 0.5 m each side, with a depth that differs between documents

What the E25 is and what comes in the box

The Omni E25 is a robot vacuum that mops with a roller, paired with an all-in-one station. The listing's model number is T2353112, its part number T2353 and its UPC 194644272449. eufy's US product page for the Omni E25 gives T2353112 as the SKU of its black version, with the same 194644272449 barcode, in its product data, and eufy's support library titles the Omni E25 user guide with T2353.

The user guide's box list is the Omni Station, the robot, a detachable base, a quick start guide, a bottle of eufy Floor Cleaner, a power cord and adapter, and a safety sheet. Amazon's included-components field says only battery, cleaning pad and robot, which leaves out the station entirely; neither document explains the difference.

The parts diagram shows a navigation LiDAR on top and an RGB camera with an LED light on the front, and eufy's comparison table lists obstacle avoidance as RGB Camera plus LED. So this robot carries a camera through your home; eufy's FAQ describes its AI.See feature as local object recognition.

Station size and the clear floor it needs

The user guide lists the station at 369 x 461 x 436 mm and 15.92 lb, while eufy's product page gives 14.63 x 19.07 x 17.29 inches, which is about 372 x 484 x 439 mm. The depth differs by a couple of centimetres between the two documents, and neither explains why. The robot is 346 x 327 x 111 mm and 11.46 lb in the manual, and 4.40 inches tall on eufy's page.

The installation diagram asks for 0.5 m (1.6 ft) clear on each side of the station and 1 m (3.3 ft) in front. The manual calls these suggested values that you may adjust, and asks for a wall position on a hard level floor with a strong Wi-Fi signal. It also says to keep the station plugged in at all times.

Once the map is built the station should not move, because the manual says the robot uses it as the reference point for navigation. eufy's FAQ adds that furniture with less than 116 mm underneath should be set as a no-go zone, which is only slightly more than the robot's 111 mm body height in the manual.

The runtime figures do not agree

Runtime is where the sources part ways. The listing and eufy's comparison table both say 125 minutes vacuuming and mopping in Standard mode, and eufy's table adds 216 minutes vacuuming only in Standard. The manual's specification table gives vacuum-and-mop as 145 minutes Quiet, 126 Standard and 114 Max, and vacuum-only as 218 Quiet, 126 Standard and 124 Max.

So the mopping figures roughly line up, but the vacuum-only Standard figure is 216 minutes on eufy's page and 126 minutes in the manual. We cannot tell from the documents which is correct, and we are not guessing; if long vacuum-only runs matter to you, confirm with eufy. Amazon's Battery Life field of 24 months is not a runtime at all.

The battery is a 14.6 V, 5200 mAh lithium-ion pack, and the manual gives charging time as 3.5 hours. eufy's FAQ recommends turning on auto-return cleaning for large homes. The listing says it remembers up to 5 floor plans; the manual pages we read do not state that number.

Carpet, thresholds and what to fence off

eufy's page lists the obstacle clearance height as 0.83 in, and the listing gives the same limit as 21 mm climbing, with a 10.8 mm mop lift. On short-pile carpet, eufy's FAQ says to use Vacuum Only mode so the robot raises the mopping module when it detects carpet; on medium- and long-pile carpet it recommends Carpet Avoidance, which skips carpets entirely.

The FAQ is specific about no-go zones: dark-coloured stairs, thin chair legs, furniture bottoms lower than 116 mm and carpets thicker than 26 mm should all be fenced off in the app, and dark carpets may not be detected at all. It also asks you to fix the edges of thin carpets and to move black or highly reflective objects away from thresholds.

The manual says its no-go and no-mop zones are meant for dividing cleaning areas, not for isolating hazardous areas. eufy's page and the listing also name a CornerRover arm and DuoSpiral brushes, and eufy's page says the roller mop self-cleans 120 times a minute, which matches the listing's two times per second. eufy's comparison table lists 1.5 kg of mop downward pressure, while the same page's product data gives 1 kg; neither explains the difference.

Station duties and the maintenance table

eufy's page lists the station's jobs as emptying into a 3L dust bag that lasts up to 75 days, washing the mop after every session, dispensing detergent automatically for up to 6 months, collecting waste water in a 1.8L dirty tank, drying at 95 to 122 F and refilling the robot. The manual gives the station a 2.5 L clean-water tank and a 1.8 L dirty-water tank, rated 900 W for dust collection and 130 W maximum for drying and charging.

The manual's maintenance table is written in calendar time. Weekly: clean the dustbin and filter and empty and clean the station's dirty-water tank, or sooner when full. Every two weeks: the cleaning tray. Monthly: the dirty-water reservoir's large filter, side brush, brush guard, rolling brush, sensors, charging pins and swivel wheel. Replace the filter every 3 to 6 months, the roller mop every 3 to 6 months, the rolling brush and filter valve assembly every 6 months.

The dust bag interval is where the sources differ in wording: the manual says replace every 3 months or when prompted, while eufy's page and the listing say the bag lasts up to 75 days. Neither explains the difference. The manual lists the robot's own onboard reservoirs as 120 ml clean and 180 ml dirty.

Listing fields, app features and warranty

Several Amazon table fields appear in no eufy document we read: Maximum Suction 20 meters, Number of Power Levels 1, Capacity 2.5 liters with no context, Noise Level 57 db against a bullet that says 61 dB or less in Max mode, and item dimensions of 14.55 by 18.18 by 17.17 inches with a weight of 37.5 pounds. The 20,000 Pa suction is eufy's own figure on both its page and the listing, with no test method stated in what we read.

The listing says only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported and that it runs on 110 V in the US; the manual gives the US station input as 100 to 127 V. eufy's FAQ describes Dirty Spot Cleaning, Dirt Inspection, the official floor cleaner with automatic dispensing, and AI.See object recognition among the E25's features.

Amazon's warranty field shows 12, and eufy's page links to its warranty information without stating a term on the product page. We did not open eufy's warranty terms, so length, conditions and claim route are unconfirmed here; check them with eufy or the seller before you buy.
