A roller-mop robot with a 5-in-1 station
The Omni C28 is eufy model T211A; the listing's model number is T211A110, which is also the code in the address of eufy's US product page. The manual's box list is the Omni Station, the robot, a detachable base for the station, a quick start guide and a safety sheet. eufy's own FAQ adds that no printed manual is provided: the full user guide is electronic, reached by a QR code.
The C28 mops with a single roller. The listing describes it as a 28 cm HydroJet roller with 24 water ports turning at 270 RPM, with a built-in scraper that pushes dirt into a separate tank on the robot. The manual's specifications list the robot's onboard clean-water reservoir as 120 ml and its dirty-water reservoir as 100 ml.
eufy calls the station 5-in-1: it self-cleans the mop, dries it with hot air, empties the dustbin into a 3 litre disposable bag, refills the robot's water tank and collects the waste water. The manual gives the station a 2.2 litre clean-water tank; the dirty-water figure is disputed, as the last section explains.
The station needs a clear run of floor, not just a spot by the wall
The manual's specifications give the station as 430 x 352.5 x 437 mm, about 16.9 x 13.9 x 17.2 inches, weighing 13.56 lb. The robot is 349.8 x 327 x 110.6 mm and 11 lb, so about 4.4 inches tall; measure your lowest sofa or bed frame against that height before you buy.
The installation diagram asks for 0.5 m (1.6 ft) clear on each side of the station and 1.5 m (4.9 ft) in front. The manual says these are suggested values based on testing and may be adjusted. The station goes against a wall, on a hard level floor, never on carpet, where Wi-Fi is strong.
Keep it plugged in permanently, because the manual says the robot will not return automatically otherwise, and do not move it once the map is made, since the robot uses it as the reference point for navigation. Amazon's item dimensions of 15.47 by 14.6 by 18.14 inches and 24 pounds match neither the station nor the robot figures in the manual.
Runtime depends heavily on whether it is mopping
Amazon's details table gives Battery Life as 140 minutes. The manual's specification table is more useful because it splits runtime by mode. Vacuum only: 251 minutes in Quiet, 231 in Standard and 187 in Max. Vacuum and mop: 139 minutes in Quiet, 123 in Standard and 111 in Max. The battery is a 14.6 V, 5200 mAh lithium-ion pack and full charging takes 3.5 hours.
For larger homes, eufy's FAQ explains the recharge-and-resume behaviour. The robot heads back to charge when its battery reaches 10 percent and resumes cleaning at 80 percent, and charging from 10 to 80 percent takes about 2 hours 30 minutes.
The suction figure is 15,000 Pa on both the listing and eufy's page. Neither source we read states a test method or mode for it. The listing gives the robot's operating noise as 54.89 dB, again without a stated condition, and the manual pages read give no noise figure.
Carpets are lifted over, avoided or fenced off
The listing says the mop lifts 10.8 mm on short carpets. eufy's FAQ puts it in terms of modes: on short-pile carpet use Vacuum-Only mode and the robot raises the mopping module, and on medium- and long-pile carpet select Carpet Avoidance so it stays off them entirely. The FAQ also warns that dark carpets may not be detected, and suggests a no-go zone for those.
For carpet with a pile height over 20 mm (0.78 in), or rugs that are very light and thin, the FAQ says to create no-go zones, and to flatten or secure curling carpet edges. The manual adds that its no-go and no-mop zones are for dividing cleaning areas, not for isolating hazardous areas.
Navigation is a LiDAR unit plus a front line-laser sensor in the manual's parts diagram. The listing says it avoids obstacles 3 by 3 by 3 cm and larger and uses no cameras. One small wording point: the manual's maintenance heading refers to cleaning sensors, cameras and charging pins, while its parts overview labels no camera; confirm with eufy if a camera-free robot matters to you.
Drying, water rules and the maintenance clock
Drying runs for hours after each mop job. eufy's FAQ says drying draws 85 W and runs 5 hours by default, and that Quick Dry takes 3.5 hours in low-humidity conditions. The manual strongly recommends Standard Drying after every mopping task, and notes that above 35 C ambient the robot charges first and drying uses room-temperature air until it is full.
The manual says not to put hot water in the clean tank, which it says shortens the tank's service life, and not to use non-eufy or homemade cleaning liquids, which it says can damage the machine. The station's dust collection is rated 650 W. Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is listed, and the three water levels are set in the app.
The manual's schedule counts in running hours rather than weeks. Dustbin, scraper, cleaning tray and the robot's dirty-water reservoir: clean about every 30 hours. Side brush and rolling brush: clean every 60 hours, replace every 180. Roller mop: replace every 60 hours or when visibly worn. Dirty-water reservoir filter: replace every 180 hours. Sensors: clean every 360 hours. The dust bag is replaced as needed.
Conflicts between sources, multi-floor limits and warranty
The largest conflict is the station's dirty-water tank. eufy's product page advertises an 8L dirty water tank, while the manual's specification table lists the dirty water tank as 2.2 L, the same as the clean tank. We cannot tell which is right from what we read; if waste-water capacity matters to you, confirm it with eufy before buying. The listing's 50 C drying figure sits at the top of eufy's 95 to 122 F range.
The 75 days of hands-free cleaning is eufy's figure on both the listing and its page, tied to the 3 litre bag; the listing words it as the station handling 95 percent of maintenance for up to 75 days, and gives no test conditions. Multi-floor homes should read eufy's FAQ: vacuuming works on any floor, but on a floor without a station you must carry the robot back for mop washing and charging, and return-to-base errors there are expected.
Amazon's warranty field shows 12, and eufy's page links to its warranty information without stating a term on the product page itself. We did not open eufy's warranty terms, so the length, conditions and claim route are unconfirmed here; check them with eufy or the seller before you buy.
