A storage tray is included rather than sold separately. Both the listing and the maker describe a tray that the dumbbell sits in, and the maker names polypropylene as the tray material, with carbon steel plates coated in nylon and a TPE-coated bar.

Five settings is the headline fact, and it is a short list

The maker's specification table gives the weight increments as 10 pounds, running 15, 25, 35, 45 and 55 pounds. That is five settings per dumbbell, and the listing describes the same five-in-one design replacing five pairs of fixed dumbbells.

There is no setting below 15 pounds and no way to make a 5 or 10 pound jump. Compared with selector dumbbells that offer fifteen or seventeen steps, this is a coarse ladder, so it suits someone training in big increments rather than progressing a few pounds at a time.

The maker also lists eight plates in total and a plate diameter of about 7.7 inches, with a handle diameter of 1 inch. The adjustment system is described as a rotating dial, changed with one hand.

The safety page: adjust only in the tray, and listen for the click

Point seven of the manual's eight safety instructions says not to turn the weight selection dial when the dumbbell or handle is lifted from the dumbbell tray. That makes the tray part of the operating procedure rather than just storage.

Point eight sets the confirmation step. The dumbbell group can only be lifted when the clear card position sound of each segment is heard and the handle is parallel to the corresponding scale indication mark. In other words, listen for the click and check the alignment before you pick it up.

The remaining instructions are general: build up step by step, keep the number of exercises within a reasonable range, repair or replace parts showing wear, screw loss or rust, keep pets and children away with a stated minimum user age of 15, stop if you feel unwell, and consult a doctor about what is appropriate for you before starting.

What the safety page does not say

The eight numbered instructions we read do not include a do-not-drop rule, and they do not say whether dropping the dumbbells affects the warranty. Several competing adjustable dumbbells state that explicitly in their manuals, so its absence here is worth noticing rather than assuming.

The other four pages of the manual are images without extractable text and we did not read them, so assembly notes, any maintenance schedule and any further warnings are outside what this guide can tell you. Read the printed copy in the box before the first session.

Size and weight figures that do not quite line up

The maker gives the dimensions per dumbbell as 19 inches long by 8.5 inches wide by 8 inches high, and Amazon's measurements table gives 19 by 8.5 inches. Those match, and the 19 inch length is long for a 55 pound dumbbell, so measure your bench and your storage before ordering.

The weights do not match. The maker lists a single piece at 26.4 kilograms, which it converts to 58 pounds, with the set at 52.8 kilograms or 116.4 pounds. Amazon's table says the item weight is 110 pounds. Neither figure is explained, so use the larger one when you are working out whether you can carry the boxes.

The listing's own naming is also inconsistent: the page title says 110LB/55LB while the product title block says 110LB/50LB, against five settings that top out at 55 pounds. Take 55 pounds per hand as the maximum, since that is the figure the maker's specification table supports.

One year of warranty, and no app

The maker's page states a one-year warranty with lifetime technical support and a 30-day money-back guarantee, shipped from the United States. Amazon's item details for this ASIN carry no warranty description field at all, so the maker's page is the only statement of the term we found.

Neither document we read breaks that year down by component, so the dial mechanism, the plates and the tray are not separately described. Ask before assuming a cracked tray is covered on the same basis as the locking mechanism.

Neither the maker's page nor the safety page mentions an app, Bluetooth or rep tracking for this model. The maker sells a separate Bluetooth dumbbell tracker as its own product, which tells you this set has no electronics of its own.
