A corded countertop unit with a 600 ml tank
The FC162 is a mains-powered countertop flosser: a base carrying a 600 ml reservoir, a one metre hose and a handle with its own on and off switch so you can stop the flow without reaching back to the base. TUREWELL's page gives the voltage range as 100 to 240 volts.
Both the listing and the maker page say a full 600 ml tank gives 90 seconds of uninterrupted flow, which is enough for a full pass without a refill. The lid of the top compartment stores the tips, and the maker's how-to-use list ends by putting the handle back in its slot and the tips in the top case.
The two sources measure the package differently. The listing gives 8.82 by 6.3 by 4.92 inches and a weight of 2.12 pounds, while TUREWELL's page gives package dimensions of 10.3 by 9.3 by 5.1 inches. Neither states the footprint of the base itself once unpacked.
Ten levels across a published 30 to 125 PSI
Both sources give 30 to 125 PSI across ten settings, with a pulse rate of 1250 to 1700 times a minute. That is a published figure for what the settings actually deliver, rather than a level count on its own.
Both pages also group the ten settings into bands, naming the lowest band for children, sensitive teeth and beginners and the highest for experienced adults, and TUREWELL recommends a soft setting for a first-time user. Read the maker's own wording for the rest of it.
One detail only the maker page gives: the tips do not all run at pressure. It says there is no pressure on the toothbrush tip, and that the tongue cleaner tip is also at no pressure, while the other tips work at the setting you dial in.
Eight tips, and three different names for one of them
Both sources count eight tips: three ordinary high-pressure tips plus five special-purpose ones. The listing names the five as an orthodontic tip, a tongue cleaner tip, a periodontal tip, a dental stain tip and a toothbrush tip.
TUREWELL's own product page names the same set but calls the fourth one a dental plaque tip, and its separate Tips Guide calls it a plaque brush tip, describing three thin tufts of bristles for implants, crowns, bridges and veneers. Three documents, three names, and none of them reconciles the others.
The Tips Guide is the document that explains what each tip is for and how often to change it. It also states that TUREWELL's water flosser tips fit models FC165, FC168, FC169, FC166, FC163, FC162, FC188 and FC288, so replacements are not tied to this one unit.
Replacement intervals that differ between maker pages
The product page says changing to new nozzles every three months is healthier, as a single figure covering everything in the box. The Tips Guide is more specific and does not match it.
In the Tips Guide, the tongue cleaner and the standard jet tip are each given a six-month replacement interval, while the periodontal pocket tip, the plaque brush tip and the orthodontic tip are each given three months. A closing line on the same page recommends replacing tips every three to six months.
Neither page acknowledges the other, and nothing explains which interval applies to the tips in this box. Read the Tips Guide for the per-tip figures and ask TUREWELL if it matters to you. The guide also describes how to soak a tip to clean it; follow the mixture and timing printed there.
The maker page says both yes and no to mouthwash
TUREWELL's product page contradicts itself within a single block of text. Its warm notice first says the reservoir could be filled with warm water or have mouthwash added, and then says in capitals not to mix mouthwash in the reservoir because you risk creating a jam or a clog in the hose or the machine.
The Tips Guide takes a third position. Under the periodontal pocket tip it says that if you add a therapeutic mouth rinse to the reservoir, you should run plain warm water through the unit and tip into the sink after use, which treats rinse in the tank as allowed but as something to flush out.
Nothing on either page reconciles the three statements, so ask TUREWELL before putting anything but water in the tank. The same warm notice also asks households sharing the unit to keep separate attachments for each person.
Returns are clear, the warranty length is not
TUREWELL's Warranty and Return page gives a thirty-day money-back guarantee for any reason on undamaged products, provided the return includes all accessories and the original packaging. For non-quality claims the buyer pays the shipping and TUREWELL refunds the cost of the product itself.
Quality-related defects are described as covered by an extensive warranty starting from the date of purchase, but no length is printed anywhere on that page. Replacements are warranted for the remainder of the original period or three months after replacement, whichever is longer, and a claim for a defect expires ninety days after it is opened.
Two points matter for a marketplace purchase. The page says that for purchases not made directly through TUREWELL's online stores you should contact the retailer for refunds, and its exclusion list covers damage from misuse including water, third-party repairs and items without sufficient proof of purchase.
