Two appliances sharing one socket
Sensonic Complete Care is a countertop water flosser with a sonic toothbrush charging in the same body, sold as model CC-04CD010-1. Waterpik's own feature list makes the practical point plainly: the combination requires only one outlet and has a space-saving design, which is the reason to choose it over two separate appliances.
On the flosser side, Waterpik lists five flossing tips, a 360-degree rotating tip handle, a pressure control system with ten settings, a reservoir capacity of more than 90 seconds, an on and off water control on the handle and a magnetic handle cradle. The listing gives the reservoir as 20 fluid ounces and the whole product as 1.6 pounds.
On the brush side Waterpik lists three sonic brushing modes, a two-minute timer with a 30-second pacer, wear indicator bristles, an LED charging indicator, a premium travel case and a lithium-ion battery quoted at up to four weeks of use per charge. The listing adds that two Sensonic Contour brush heads are included.
Priming the flosser, and the first charge
The Instructions for Use give a first-use priming routine for the flosser that involves running the pressure knob between high and low with the tip pointed into the sink until water flows from it. Follow the printed sequence in Waterpik's document rather than any summary of it.
The toothbrush needs a four-hour charge before first use. Waterpik says the light ring flashes on the handle while charging and all lights shut off when it is fully charged, and that the ring glows red when the battery is running low. That is the only battery indicator on the brush.
For everyday use the instructions say to remove the reservoir to fill it with warm water and to replace it firmly on the base, and to insert the tip until it clicks. Pressure runs through ten settings on the knob, and the instructions say to start on low.
The three brushing modes and the technique
After turning the brush on you select a mode with the mode button. Waterpik's instructions describe Clean as everyday cleaning performance, Stain Removal as gently removing surface stains, and Gum Care as gently enhancing gum stimulation. The listing and Waterpik's page use the same three names.
The instructions also print a short brushing technique section covering angle, pressure and how long to spend on each part of the mouth. That belongs in Waterpik's own document; the two-minute timer with its 30-second pacer is there to time the pass.
Bristle wear is signalled rather than guessed at: the instructions say the bristles change from green to yellow when it is time to replace the head, and say to replace brush heads every three months. Waterpik's page lists wear indicator bristles among the brush features.
Replacement parts and how often each is due

Worth noting for anyone matching part numbers: Waterpik's instructions name the brush head STWB-3WE-B while the listing describes what is in the box as Sensonic Contour brush heads, so check the part number printed on the head you have before ordering more.
Power, cleaning and what the documents do not cover
The device specifications in the Instructions for Use give a rated input of 100 to 240 volts at 50 to 60 Hz, and Waterpik's page lists global voltage of 100 to 240 VAC at 60 or 50 Hz among the features of the combined unit.
The instructions' safeguards include care points rather than cleaning steps: always unplug after use, remove the reservoir to fill it, fill with warm water or a solution your dental professional recommends, and do not use iodine, saline or water-insoluble concentrated essential oils. The supply cord cannot be replaced, so a damaged cord means scrapping the appliance.
The pages we read do not set out a descaling routine or a dishwasher instruction for this model, and they set a usage limit of five minutes in any two-hour period for the flosser. Waterpik's site carries cleaning, troubleshooting and common questions pages for the model, which is where to look for anything the instructions leave out.
Two-year warranty, arbitration and where the page lives
Water Pik warrants the product to the original consumer against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase, asks for the original receipt and, if requested, the whole product, and replaces at its discretion. Accessories and consumable parts such as tips are excluded, which on this model means brush heads as well as flosser tips.
